I am currently thinking of making an experiment on my own, I have friends who are willing to lend me money for whatever purpose I like.
For this purpose, I like to use the money that I will borrow as the bankroll in sports gambling.

Anyone here have tried this? What can you recommend?

So far I haven't tried it yet since I don't trust my skills that much but if I find someone who has a good skills in gambling I might tell them just in case they don't have a self confidence.
But in your case you should at least minimize your risk if you know to yourself that your skills is not that good to make money out from nothing. You might find yourself in a deep debt if you want to risk borrowing money if you can't able to make a good comeback to repay your debts.

Its all up to you on where you do want to spend that loaned money as long you do know or responsible enough on repaying it when the due date comes.

No one would stop you for it to be used in gambling but if you are aiming to play because you do think that you can repay with gambling winnings then better stop

We all know that gambling results are uncertain and we have nothing to do with that but only luck is the powerful thing that will help you. On the other hand, luck is not always there and it is by chance, it is not 100% always at your sides. Most people loses in gambling and the only people that will benefit your money is the host or the management. You can't even repay it if you win in gambling, how can you repay your debt if you lose the money you borrowed? Have each and everyone of you thought about that? So for me, if you don't have money to gamble for, then don't do it. Instead, invest your money in cryptocurrency or start a business out of your salary so that you will become stable.

Nobody will say they have done something like this or they would do something like this, when you "talk" about it everyone would say that it is the most stupid idea they have ever heard of but the reality is when you look at the gambling world it is full of people who have taken a loan or get e debt somewhere and gambled with it.

I know it makes no sense and I would never do something like that, no person with a right set of mind would ever do something like that but some people just do it and you will not find those people here. I am not going to lie I have tried it once, asked for a loan from a friend to wager on something and thankfully he said no, if he said yes and gave me that money I would have wagered and worse I would have lost since my bet was a loss and I got saved thanks to him.

I do not recommend this way it can put you in a difficult situation, We also know risky gambling can affect your reputation. Gambling was not the reason to get so much money. If you want to keep your reputation, don't gamble with someone else's money!!!!

It would really be a big problem of yours when you are already on the time where you do need to repay those amounts or loans. Making gambling as an option to make more money then better quit it out on this kind of
beliefs and things in mind yet gambling doesnt work that way.It could either make your rich or poor which doesnt have anything left for you in terms of financial and also goes for family relationship as well.

You can eventually spot out if you are good on some sort of gambling.Statistics would be there and its up to you if you can accept it or not.
If you do saw that you do have higher chances or winning rate then it is much bit better compared to those who do blindly gambling for such motive.

I never tried this and will never consider this. I want to gamble with my own money. Even I'm confident with my sports betting strategy and analysis, I still won't consider that plan. But still, it's your decision in the end as people have different reasons why they are considering getting a loan for gambling purposes.

That's not an advisable nor recommended thing to do but the fact that your friends are willing to lend you money "for whatever purpose" you like, even for gambling, means that they are trusting you and confident that you will able to pay back the loan.

Actually, we aren't in the position to just say "NO" to you since only you can tell if you can pay the loan in time. We don't know your other earning-method stuff, we don't know your financial capability, however, in case of being busted while doing gambling or whatever happened along the way, you need to keep your words that you will pay back the amount and don't ruin your reputation and friend's trust just because of that. There is nothing wrong with borrowing money for gambling as long as you understand the risk and you are honest with yourself.
In life we are uncertain so we are also gambling, if we believe in ourselves we can always try but there should always be a limitation.

What does “understand risk” mean? The fact that you have something that you can sell and pay off debt if the game turned out to be unsuccessful or that you have nothing (in term of some kind of collateral) and you must win anyway (which is unrealistic)?

Not a good idea for me. It's clear that you don't have money to start doing gamble that's why you asked for a loan.

As much as possible, just use any forms of loan into something that will give a sure profit to us like opening a small business or to support your financial plan while you are looking for a stable source of income.

It's risky to expect profits in gambling to support your repayment amount but who we are to stop you. Just pay back in time and follow the lending terms to your friends.

What I can recommend here is that you shouldn't borrow money for gambling purposes, because there's no certain strategy that could help us gather good results in gambling. It's always having no assurance, and we can't be sure that we will going to win. Much better if we only use some portions of our extra budget without thinking of any huge bets, in order to avoid any circumstances of losing huge funds.

I trust fully my gambling skill but will only use my own money for it. Getting a loan for the purpose of doing gambling is like increasing the risks of spending more in return. Professional gamblers even lose today and every day is not a winning day.

Since you want to experiment then up to you to push for it and see if that's effective.

Remember, it's more comfortable and no-pressure if you will risk your own funds compare to loan money that you need to be aggressive in getting winnings. With that mindset, it's difficult to focus on your strategy.

I would personally never take borrowed money and use it on something on gambling or even trading, though especially not with gambling because the odds are mathematically against you on almost any game. You're already at a disadvantage no matter how skilled you are right off the bat, and that's not too comforting if you're trying to make money from money that's not really yours.

Getting a monetary loan of any sort's a pretty tough situation in the first place. There's a lot of ways that a loan can go wrong, and the results can even end strong friendships.

what is his skills can do  ? this is gambling   . id say i have a skill too  . i can turn some dust into something good and decent but there are alot of time that i fail to do it  . that can also happen to him  .  what if he loaned money and take it to gambling but he isnt just lucky that time  ? skills can be good at things that are not that risky because you can assure that you can depend on it but on gambling were luck pays the most  , that is still questionable  . better gambling with your own money just to be safe from debts

Nope. I stick to everyone's opinion gamble the money that you can afford to lose. I never gamble with the money that I don't have, and never had I tried to borrow money just to chase my losses or to satisfy my craving to gamble. This will be a bad habit that you will have to start to deal with before it leads to a serious gambling problem or addiction.

I have tried borrowing money before to finance by gambling games for a few bets. I cannot recall whether in general I made profit from it or not. Regardless, my opinion is that you should not borrow money for the sake of gambling, much less for the sake of a gambling experiment.

In my case, I borrowed money not because I don't have the money but because my money was not in my possession at those particular moments. I bring a limited amount of money when gambling and when everything is lost and you feel short of fun and you want to try getting back, one of the easiest options is to borrow money from people you personally know. But if you are borrowing money because you cannot afford that gambling experiment of yours, please forget it.

From the first sentences you already wrong, your experiment will create new bankrupt person if can't back the money, nothing is free and everything have limit ( quantity and time ). You can make experiment with strategy but not with the money, there's no guarantee you always win. Fix your experiment thinking and plan, replace it on the right place and reduce the risk. Loan money will kill your pocket, that's big risk for your economy financial.

I do not think that I will do that thing because I am not really used in gambling, I am not that so addicted in online gambling or casino gambling, I only play once a week if I have free time on that week. I do not want to take a risk my debt in gambling because I know that it is tough to win in a game where you will only rely on luck.

But there are also some gambling sites that skills and techniques are matter. Still, the thing on that is, the reward is not significant. Well, that is the nature of any gambling site. The higher the prize, the lower the chance of winning; the lower the award, the higher the chance of winning.
