Honestly I have been patiently expecting another bull run in the crypto market, because the experience of 2017 bull run is still fresh in my memory.  Although this is what most people have been expecting too. There have been diverse reports from crypto market analysts about this. However, I don't see this bull run coming soon at all. I am not a pessimist though, just saying my observation.  Notwithstanding, I still have some pretty good assets I'm holding should bull run come any time.

You definitely have a point there because, bullrun can make any of these scam exchange can disappear without any form of notification to her users. I think many scenarios have been seen during some last bull run when some exchange collapsed and then disappeared into the radar till death why some of these exchanges CEOs fake death. Personally, am not going to use those shitting exchange when we're into the bull run proper.

Dear bounty hunters, and traders in the house. The year 2020 has been positive and we have been experiencing price surge lately.

We look forward to even more price surge or a bull run in the coming weeks, but do not lose guard while using exchange platform to trade.
Always withdraw your assets from exchanges after trade.

Because some exchanges have the potential to disappear after a little price moon.

NB: Just my opinion and thoughts tonight, and i am not pointing fingers towards any exchange.
Open to be educated further more.

Thanks
I agree with you because it is true Not your key, Not your coins .
And it is true not all of the exchange is safe, But I think most of the big exchange could be trusted like Binance.
But it is always better to be safe than sorry don't let the fee hold you off because you could lose more if something wrong happens to the exchange platform.

Indeed, because during the bull run many scammers would appear to gets our assets that we trade on trading platform. Many exchanges looks and they say that they are good but not, before we did an exchange it is necessary to checked for the information on the platform that we want to exchange. Checked for they security if it has a lot of verification such as captcha and email verification that has a code that opens in email there before we access an exchange platform. Use only all reliable platforms for easy and safety transaction.

Hello community. What I would add here - nothing depends on one component only. What basically makes sense - complex approach towards solution analysis. And I am sure that only such strategy leads to right decisions, while choosing ones

Hey! You know, I would definitely agree with you on your statement. What is important as well - the practical value. Kinda you must be having understanding of why you are using the platform, how it simplifies your life and else. Are you aware of any truly advanced solutions today? Cause I wouldn't say that I have many advanced ones in mind and definitely interested to hear yours, if you have

Those days will remain in our memories forever, that's really unforgottable. We cannot expect bullrun right now as market looks volatile, and yes holding assets right now is really a great thought. Someday the market will go high at that time it will be like a dream come true for every holders who are waiting from a long time.

Since from the beginning I entered crypto space, and started opening accounts on different exchange, my coins are all still in there, and nevere had been decreased, so I am perfectly comfortable leaving them. They would surely send me an email if theres a problem, also I have out security measures, 2fa and just to be sure my coins are all safe from being hacked. Never had the experienced on being snatched by some weird exchange.
You are just lucky but not entirely safe.

2FA doesn't save you if exchange's got hacked. It only saves while others try to bruteforce your password or something like that.
2fa or any security is not the issue here,

OP is pointing about some exchange who suddenly disappear or shuts down their exchange in approach to bull run.

The issue raising by OP is not about hacking or scamming, but the security of our funds when we  store it on exchanges.

See,which post I quoted for this reply. If not read it again. Smiley

The user who I replied thinking that he can save his asset even if the exchange got hacked if he has 2FA security activated but its not going to save your assets,it only saves you account.
This is a dangerous way to store cryptocurrency assets. It is better to store cryptocurrency on hardware wallets. It is convenient and has a high level of reliability.

I think the best strategy right now is to accumulate more and more quality coins atleast btc and eth whenever you can and do nothing else and in an year or two these savings and investments will reap you huge profit and hopefully life changing money to all of us but we need to be clear and should follow this simple strategy. Secondly we whould not try to do anything different or extra ordinary out of greed and im sure we will be safe.

At the moment, it is very important to be patient and wait for a good price. Thus, crypto assets are a very profitable investment. And in the near future, crypto assets will become the most profitable investments.

I do not agree that it is right to be patient with your assets, your investments. Instead you need to be proactive about it.
Now is the time to avoid any form of phish links, and also, do not use phone number as 2fa, instead use a google authenticator and keep your device safe  at all times

And in the near future, crypto assets will become the most profitable investments.

True, but remember, not all crypto assets, Just few of them will make that cut.
DYOR and make it count.

Quite right, this 2020 has so far shown a good trend in the growth of all cryptocurrencies and we hope that this year altcoins and bitcoin will reach new heights and of course you should not store your cryptocurrencies on exchanges because various exchanges are constantly attacked by hackers.

People have always considered the exchanges as a good alternatives to store coins as it has various wallets cutting across loads of blockchains since it is its functions. Unconsciously, people use them to not just trade but to store asset. I was a victim, so,i understand better as i have first hand experience. An exchand platform is bascically for business transaction and not a store of funds or value. I think if this messgae is communicated, it will change the perception of people.

I also feel the good vibes of crypto in entering the year 2020. I think everyone hopes for the betterment of this year's crypto. And yes, we should keep our assets and accounts to be fully secured from hackers and fraudulent people.

Yeah with the bull cycle starting i am now getting more and more invitations to new groups and direct messages are also coming where people are inviting me in their ponzi or scam coins/projects just for the sake of referral comissions and some are just trying to steal my information so they can access my coins or accounts so yes this is very sensitive period and we need to be vigilant.
not only during the bull market, we must be very careful, but also in the bear market there are a lot of scammers. The scam market is always alive. during a bull run, it is more active because the opportunity to earn money is higher and the number of uneducated people in this market also becomes higher

We've been hoping for a  bull run since 2018 bit due to uncertainty of the market,  no one has been able to fully predict the market. However,  i really hope the lots of potentials displayed so far will bring about a swift and stable market surge to the entire market.

You dropped a good hint about not leaving assets in exchanges, the hacks happening regularly to the major exchanges validates the facts that exchanges do have a loopholes that hackers/scammers will always prey on

This risk can be reduced by choosing a potential global exchange. Potential global exchange will at least not just disappear, they will surely maintain their reputation well, and provide the best service for its users. Do not put your valuable assets by trading on small and dubious exchanges, unless there are urgent conditions where you have to use the shitexchange, for example, to sell tokens from bounties, you should immediately move if you already sell them.

The scam market is always alive. during a bull run, it is more active because the opportunity to earn money is higher and the number of uneducated people in this market also becomes higher
You are right, understanding the high-risk cryptocurrency ecosystem will make us more selective and careful in choosing the exchange and wallet to use. However, storing large assets in a wallet exchange is very risky.

(snip)

Safety is the most important factor in the Cryptocurrency world. If you don't store your coins safe, everything is lost. You should always pay attention to your passwords, 2FA and other security measures to protect your accounts.

I know it is always safe to protect your exchange accounts with sophisticated password and google authentication, But when it comes to keeping your assets safe, it deals with storing your huge or large funds in your personal wallet, could be a paper wallet or cold storage.

Because 2FA or GA only prevents your exchange accounts from hack.

Any  successful hack on any exchange or exit scam from any exchange means that the exchange and your funds and your 2fa or google authentication is gone.
