One of the easiest ways to market and introduce new projects is through bounties. With the number of bounty participants in the hundreds or even thousands on social media, I think the scope is broad, but now it is difficult for bounty hunters to find good new projects.

I think the best one to advertise it is on social media and articles such as steemit and medium. Forum is also nice but it will be depend on the target audience of the project. If the platform is more related to use case such as restaurant or services. I think social site such as Twitter is promising but if its about tech or scalability of certain blockchain, then this forum is the best one to do it.

If we can observe the good bounty in the past, they have a decent percentage of allocation on signature campaign because they know it's the most effective method of advertising, of course it wills start with an ANN thread.

I think running a bounty campaign is effective since it has a lot of allocation wherein spreading of information regarding the project will be effective since it has different audience/ different kind of people. Not all facebook users are twitter users, not all youtubers are facebook users, since bounty has facebook, twitter and youtube it can still easily reached different crypto users.
Another way is through an airdrop.

They allow themselves to do it because you, the hunters, just move on to another project instead of stepping up and makingthe scammers regret.

When a project doesn't pay you should make scam accusation threads and make sure it gets reflected on the scammers profile (trust) and their ANN page. When people find that they're even scamming people who work for them they won't expect anything but an exit scam from the coin.

Yes it is, I think the best place for any new project should start from here, then go on social medias. I think a proejct should advertise on famous sites like coinmarketcap, icodrops, and other popular sites for crypto. Many users always visit those mentioned aboved and putting up some ads there would likely benefited the project.
