1) MALUSHIT made a new deal with user nikica99 whom they cheated few weeks ago
2) MALUSHIT broke agreement about bonus rollover
3) MALUSHIT tried to steal money by stating bet on 1150 mbtc instead of 50 mbtc
4) MALUSHIT graded bet as lost  because their tactics to steal money failed (dog was winning)
5) MALUSHIT blocked user's account
6) MALUSHIT tried to negotiate with user nikica99 in order to reset his account without offering any bonus (read: to steal his winnings again)

I must say that going through those conversations, you shouldn't have wasted a penny on such platform when you'd have to confirm from support if you bets were accepted after every single bet was placed and you should be in charge of your own security (by 2FAs and other neccesary measures) not the malubit security team.

So they are claiming that your previous deposit was actually a double spend transaction and wants you to deposit again? First of all any established payment processor wouldn't accept the deposit until it is confirmed and in case of double spend transaction, they wouldn't allow it to reflect against your account. Can you post the deposit transaction which they are claiming as double spend?

Just to update.  The website has been down for 2 weeks.  It appears they have closed up shop.
