There are few use cases in crypto space that still fails no matter how many of them are popping up

1. A real Real Estate coin that can actually be used to invest in real estate properties, most I've come across are scam projects

2. It's same thing for 99% of all Artificial Intelligence projects in crypto space today, I guess some things aren't entirely needed on the blockchain technology after all

My thoughts

-How about a coin whether centralized or decentralized that can be used as means of payment on par with big companies like

i) Wepay
ii) Alipay
iii) PayPal

The fact is no single coin is capable like this today in crypto space, if Bitcoin can be used as like how alipay and Wepay are are been used in asian part of the world today BTC will have been the marginally accepted throughout the world today

Good thoughts and as a matter of fact bitcoin is truly capable of this. But there's a border that stops bitcoin for being like those and that's because the mentioned payment processors and services are supported by the government whilst bitcoin is not.

The adoption is going to be the key for it to reach into that level without any intervention of the government to retain itself as a decentralized cryptocurrency and peer to peer payment method. Knowing when that time will happen, no other can but only time can tell.

Thats the thing. We cant tottally grasp of bitcoin is dentralized. If btc will be used on these platform I am thinking what could be the result of adoption. Surely it will boom, however many people likes bitcoin to stay decentralized, and yes I myself wanted too. But the more establishment its become affiliated, I am fearing that someday these cryptocurrencies will fall on regulation amd be controlled by oligarch if these people fr the government will continue to reject the idea of peer to peer cashless approach of cryptocurrency.

First its about their security and regulation.

Secondly, they need to protect their customer for high volatility from cryptocurrency, everyone cant is ready if their estimation asset its decreased. This feature was not new at all, you can use other platforms for doing any payment for some merchant, buyer, or transaction. To be honest, better to develop a crypcorurrency who solved a problem of scalability from cryptocurrency. It's their focus into the cryptocurrency sector, there a lot project who offering solved the problem on real life but the reality its not need to use cryptocurrency because of that most of project is a crapp.

I know that we're on the Altcoin board, but why do we need a coin specifically for real estate when we have Bitcoin and so many alts already? Let's make a coin for restaurants, one for toilet entry fees at airports/train stations, one for purchasing newspapers and a separate coin for every purpose..

I see absolutely no sense in the creation of a coin that serves this purpose. We can already buy properties with BTC, XMR, ETH or whatever you wish as soon as the landlord accepts it.

Bitcoin can serve as a currency to use for real estate and we have a few alts (excluding the 99.5% shitcoins right now) that under the ideal circumstances could be on par with PayPal and other payment services .. but adoption and inconvenience will never make them on par. How the hell would you teach a non-techie use crypto as easy as you teach them to use PayPal?

Centralizing such a system through blockchain may make it sound like "ooh! Blockchain is making waves!", but in reality it's going to be the same shit any other existing centralized service "using Blockchain tech" right now is. What's the purpose of using blockchain tech if it's going to be centralized..

I would be happy to see such a coin with utility which will be used for all the transactions regarding the freelancing sector, in a word, all the freelancing sector will be using the utility coin. I know there are some such coins who claim to be utility coin but in reality they are not.

No crypto coin that is so useful like Fiat, they only work as Fiat but not accepted like Fiat yet, many coins have this issue because they are decentralized, can't be controlled by the government but what about Centralized coins? We still have a long way to go

Out of touch with reality though, I would want a coin that can give you paid access to the reliable and secure internet services in any part of the world. Just click on your wallet and automatically you are connected to some satellite communications with secured internet services , out of reach to the government and fully secured. It must be a coin that creates new usability that can be categorized as utility. Im not interesting to see a new coin that was only doing improvements to the existing protocol because we are need something new that will help crypto to get massive adoption too.
A token that can be used in the platform that gives various advantages to the users.
The utility is a very important thing.

Unique coin means which coin have real value not just use for trading exchange also people can use that for their daily need like buying goods, tickets for travel, use for rent and real states, paying bills etc. Security and legalize are also important thing for a unique coin.
