The Account got nuked and i guess there is 0 % Chance that it get unbanned.

If your Account is perma Banned you as the Person are banned and not anymore welcome on the Forum !

The only chance you have of any of your accounts getting unbanned is if your case of plagiarism gets nulled, which it won't since it was a valid ban. You are banned for life unless theymos for some reason decides to give a second chance to you or all plagiarists (I doubt he will).

Opening another account is against the rules and not an option. Your only option is to give up from this forum and only be able to read while unlogged from any account.

a ban does not refer to the bitcointalk user but to the person. and it looks like there is enough ban evasion here and that will be punished, sorry.

There's nothing complicating here because you don't seem to be a newbie here judging by the activities on the account banned. And you should also know that plagiarism is not allowed on this forum. Giving credit or adding source link could have saved you.
Don't think of getting unbanned because there's no valid reason here to get unbanned. Many high ranked accounts have also been banned because of this.

I could have sworn I gave OP some merits the other day for a post he made, but I just checked and apparently I'm mistaken.  I do remember him making a decent post, and I was sure it wasn't plagiarized. 

But it looks like the ban was for exactly that, which is usually the case with permabans.  And I'd say about 90% of ban appeals contain some variation of the phrase "I didn't plagiarize anything" and that usually ends up not being true.

Once banned you are not allowed to create a new account.  

Keep this in mind, OP.  Once you're permabanned, you're done here unless you can get un-banned.
