All of our presidents, teachers, professors and admin in this forum became a good listener before and even now. A good leader is a good listener, as per beginner out there, do not worry. All of the of those persons that have a high rank here also became like that. We are all came from being so innocent from this forum, experience is the very best thing that we should have for to become a better person, we should read some threads here, which is very helpful for us to gain so much knowledge, and also you should a good listener, all of the leaders in this forum or even in the real world, became a good listener as well, we should be like that if we are still a beginner because if we have that kind of characteristic then for sure we will become successful in the future.

I totally agree with you. And natural born leaders are usually natural born listeners to. They always put themselves into someone else's shoes to make sure what needs to be done in order to have a resolution without taking advantage of anyone. These leaders are mostly the ones who rise above the rest!

I really don't care about hierarchy since I don't do any bounty campaign for a profit.
My bounty campaign will only for humanitarian and philanthropic interests. That means I will promote anything that is worthy of promoting in the signature campaign just like Bruno's last exit plea.

Yes, I completely agree with that. But I also believe that it is important not only to be a good listener, but also to be able to distinguish grains from chaff, because on the Internet (and around the world) there is a lot of stupid and unnecessary information that is not useful for your development. You need to be able to analyze the information received and take all the best from different areas that you study.

This is definitely true, experience is the best teacher and some it can either mould us to be better or break us

but still depend to the person because there are people that have not learned their lessons even if they already experience things.

A good listener is very suitable to be a consultant, but a good leader must be able to choose which advice to choose because there are also many good and successful leaders who do not want to hear, but do what they think is good.

Listening as a leader is really good otherwise you don't deserve to be a leader. No human leader is perfect, so it's important to always listen and select/implement the good advices.

I can imagine being a leader without listening and accepting good ideas from my people. The people should be able to call for my removal of I don't pay attention to them and take their good advices seriously.

One of the most important thing as a listening leader though is to able filter out the insults, lies, deceptions, intentional bad advices etc
without getting influenced by them.

It's good to practice servant leadership where the boss relate to his employees one on one, reading broading knowledge and knowledge is wealth.
