What's the technology which we are longing for when it comes to altcoin? Because have duplicates of existing technologies will kill altcoin so we need a better altcoin based on current circumstances and future. Kindly share your thoughts about the kind of technology which we need.

The need of the hour while investing should be simple and straightforward.

What is the ath and Atl?
what's the product strength and chances of survival?
The team, the community and the hype that surrounds it?

This might sound familiar, but I think it's important. namely technology which supports fast transactions and can accommodate many transactions at one time, but does not spend a lot of energy or in other words technologies related to the internet and online but environmentally friendly.

I think we need a real and practical new blockchain network that could fulfill upcoming demand i mean something like Eth but thousands time faster and cheaper so that blockchain can be implemented and used all across the world in all the fields of life especially that can fulfil the recent demand of smart contracts, automation, dApps and DeFi projects and applications and also prove to be instant transaction wise so that it could be the first choice for payements.

We need a decentralized social media like Facebook and Youtube, we have seen so many projects like these in our midst but unfortunately, none of these projects are getting support, we need big names in the technology and we need great marketing to reach as many people as possible
if we have these established we will grow even more.

Rather create new but existing project concept, we just have to support the old ones as there are already many users. It is understandable if the project that will be created is unique, but you have said it already that there are thousands and most of them have the same concept. If only those unique investors did change their minds and just go for the main and top coins, it would be easy for the price to jump, but what is happening is that new investors put their money on new projects and their money will just be cashed out by the team and did not even knew that they have secretly ran and gone.

I feel there should be no new altcoin that appears by bringing a technology similar to existing altcoin and we must maximize existing projects to be better in the long run, but indeed this will be difficult because it is a business competition. Altcoin which is old if it cannot survive will be replaced by new altcoin with the same technology.

Based on what I searched, there are around 5,000 altcoins in the market and it seems some of them is already dead or basically has a zero value in the market. Even they create new projects and have the same concepts with the others I guess the new projects will only survive if they have a good community and has a huge number of supporters. Then, as long they have this they can definitely survive in the future. If the old altcoins really want to survive in the future and don't want to be surpassed by the new project they need to develop and improve their projects.

Most of the projects today are failed or sometimes end up with a scam that's why we can't also trust the new projects even they provide new concepts that can help us. And basically, it's better to stick with the old projects that have a good community and supporters just like Ethereum and Ripple.

That's what is happening right now, most of those old projects are being replaced by new created one. People are likely to follow new offers than continuing the support from old coins that's appeared to be long time forgotten, this kind of coins will die naturally as support from he communities are no longer active.

In my opinion no need new project. There is already a huge amount of altcoin in the market, most of which are almost dead or scam. Now most of the new projects that come in are scam. So now it is difficult to trust the new project. So I think old projects should take priority. As with ETH, XRP, XLM etc for these projects, this projects developers are working to develop more.

I think what we need today are corrections and clean-up of altcoins. We all know that some altcoins are considered as shitcoins. I guess we need to focus to those altcoins that really gives relevance or solution to a problem. After that, we may now support the remaining altcoins.

If we are talking about the technology, I guess the technology now is enough, we just need to maximize and develop it.

I agree that we don't need new altcoins.

The market is saturated and people have tried many things like different ways of mining, cheap transactions, fast transactions, centralized coins, decentralized coins, coins with high supply, low supply, unlimited supply, expensive coins, cheap coins, anonymous coins.

We don't need experiments but community that will stand behind these coins and use them. Now there are hundreds of coins with 0 adoption and we could use just 1 or 2 that are really used.

There are many new projects today and we should be wise in choosing which projects will really give us a good profit and help further the development of crypto currency. Because if we invest in projects that are useless, we will only lose our hard-earned money. So it is better to invest in repubtable coins because this is what gave us a huge profit especially when crypto currency started to be accepted by government in different countries and people have awareness here I'm sure we will aslo experience to be an early adopters become millionaire like what happen in 2017

Each altcoin has different technologies, but I think the altcoins in the top 100 are the best altcoins and it will live with this market. So we should only invest in those altcoins, surely we will not have to fear the collapse of altcoins if the market continues to worsen.

I think at this stage every human encounters has been addressed by one or two project in crypto space. There are even duplicate of them and more. The important thing now is how they fulfil the promise of solving the real life problem they intend to solve . The failure of a particular project on a sector is what is bringing more project of it's like to that field and everyone ends up failing.

We've had enough, we don't need more altcoins because we have too many good altcoins and much more bad altcoins, if anyone is looking for a specific altcoin he or she needs to do better research on altcoins either through CMC or other, thy will definitely find what they are looking for

Launching new projects, which will be similar to already existing on the market ones, is absolutely useless. We have enough coins already, now it's better to concentrate our attention on developing and upgrading reliable crypto projects and make cryptos with good reputation more attractive for users.
