So you want to ''help'' the people with high transaction fees, but in the same time you are charging users with 1% withdrawal fees plus additional transaction fees
Now all we have to do is trust you to keep coins safu on your wallet, this is actually worse than most centralized exchanges are doing today.
Hight transaction fees can be solved much easier with Lightning or Liquid network, and there is higher chance those will be accepted on more third party websites than unknown ''keterion''.

For instance, when users create a basic account, we only require minimal PII, such as an email address. This minimal requirement allows users to start using our service and run transactions within it.

As we continue to develop our platform, we plan to introduce features such as Accepting Payments for merchants. In compliance with legal regulations, merchant accounts may require additional data. Our user agreement is designed to accommodate such scenarios.

Indeed, Keterion operates as a custodial service facilitating the transfer of supported cryptocurrencies among users within our platform. We are also actively working on introducing exchange functionalities and the ability to accept payments, which are currently in development.

You haven't changed it and I will not suggest any title because it's not my platform that I'm promoting, you just have to be transparent, people are educated to know the difference, you know how your platform works don't make them believe in something that it's not, you make it appear it's free but there's a catch.

I still haven't been able to find the advantages of this service.
So, there is no fee between your users, but in the end, someone still has to pay you 1% for withdrawing. Why would anyone do that, when there are so many cheaper solutions?
"Send Bitcoin and more without fees on internal transactions!" as an important feature it is not particularly significant, some exchanges ^{like Binance} have had it for a long time.

This means to have low service fees, the transactions must be small. Otherwise, if I decide to withdraw $10,000 from the service, this will cost me $100, while the average Bitcoin withdrawal fee is $32.64 (0.0005044 BTC), and most services have low fees. Such as Coinbase $3.44 OKX $3.24 MEXC $12.94 BUT you have minimum deposit amount.

You did not specify a network fee, so you can add additional fees to the network fee.

There can be on internal transactions but conversion rates between cryptocurrencies can be poor and networks like BSC are decentralized and the network/wtoken fees are less than $1.
