Reading up from their ToS  - It states:

GreenSpin.bet does not allow registrations or activity for users from the following countries: USA, UK, Israel, Italy, Ukraine, France and its territories, Netherlands and its territories.

So its clear that using up VPN wouldnt be that recommended unless you do accept the risk.
