How can you make sure that the card does not work with sites and you return the money? refund policies?

Money source for this cards are legal and they are created using funds from our main bank account.
About the fees of the card i dont think we have to justify to you all the cost we have on our side to provide this cards. Simply said we are charged on fee based.

Found a glitch:
- If I type in a certain quantity then decide to remove it from the cart and add another quantity into the cart, it keeps on adding the first number no matter what ^{[unless I refresh the page]}.
