I am using phoenix miner 4.6 on windows 7. When I start the program it reaches somewhere and says x68w.exe is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.
Any ideas

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

Exclude the miner's folder in your anti-virus software if you're using any.
If not, then add an exclusion for that folder in the Windows Defender.

I think that the miner version is a bit old compared to the newest in town.Right now the latest version of Phoenix miner is 4.9c and also your operating system is out of Microsoft support for different updates which leaves you vulnerable to threads that even a good licensed antivirus can’t protect you from.If I were you I would upgrade to Windows 10 or completely change to Linux where Phoenix miner works like a charm if you have 4Gb cards.

This worked very fine, thanks. But now my GPU freezes at 92%, 94% and sometimes 97%
Any suggestion?
