Definitely a deserved member for this gambling company's campaign as this person is having 1 gambling post in their last 20 posts and that also talking about locking a topic.

I know Hhampuz to be one of the most considerate and fairest campaign managers. He is also one of the few, probably only CM, who gives a patient hearing to everything from these complaints to issues that may arise in campaigns. From your post history, it does seem that you are not a shit-poster. The thing is that signature campaigns have dwindled for sometime while the number of people have gone up. There is a whole clique that assiduously follows campaigns and gather merits by the hundreds bamboozling the applications, LOL. The CMs never go for a first come, first serve basis and it can get frustrating if you don't have the merits, nor the post history to "stand out." Being salty on the manager, that too on Hhampuz amongst all others, is not going to help.

Why don't you focus on some particular aspect/ project for the community? I see that you haven't started a topic in 3 years here, barring a generic one in gambling section. No wonder it is hard to get a move on. You need to be heard and seen for which engagement with community is important. Take up a real project, learn some technical shit about bitcoin, engage into fruitful discussions, find a niche, basically. Try to identify people who maybe geographically closer to you and get some collaboration going. Engage in your local section. It takes time so make sure your engagement is of high quality. There is something for everyone in bitcoin. You just need to put in time and effort.

I personally respect Hhampuz and their contribution to this forum more than you people do. But, I feel there is something missing out in their selection process. For example, the last slot of this campaign was provided to a person who lagged gambling boards activities which must be UNFAIR to all other applicants who dreamed about a slot with their gambling board activities (given that it is a gambling campaign).

I believe next time, Hhampuz may take time to look into post history rather than simply looking at number of merits. It is open forum and everyone deserves their rights to point out what they feel and in above scenarios I took my chance. You may still call me "pointless" but it is up to you and your belief on Hhampuz like they will do everything perfect (but all human are entitled to make mistakes somewhere and pointing them out doesn't mean not respecting them).

I am perfectly neutral in this situation as in I do not have anything to gain from supporting any of you, but I have to say that I think you're wrong. Hhampuz is more than likely not choosing participants purely based on Merits and I think my account proves it: I have tried to participate for the last slot, I have +350 merits received in the last 120 days and yet I haven't been chosen by Hhampuz; someone with less received merits in the past 120 days has been chosen. Why? Well, why does it matter after all? Hhampuz has had a pretty wide experience in campaign management and knows what he wants.

Although I've been the 1st or 2nd when it comes to merits on new campaign spot applicants lately, I haven't really been chosen. There are surely more than just 1 factor you're looking for when choosing someone and it's on a case-by-case basis: a campaign may want participants who are active in certain boards, other campaigns may want participants who write a lot of posts per day etc.

After all, it's the campaign he is managing and choosing a participant could also be subjective. The one you may think had deserved the last spot the most could be the one I, Hhampuz or anyone else thinks deserved it the least.

IMO, if you feel something is missing on the process of how @Hhampuz pick the new participant of the campaign, it's none of our business and we don't know why but probably there's a good reason behind it. I'm not biased, this is my experience from joining different campaigns of yahoo62278 and Hhampuz.

When a poster is good at making constructive posts, the person would possibly also be able to post in gambling. It is not that difficult to express opinions on boards such as gambling discussions, as most of us have gambling experience.

I also experienced your situation and I know what's the feeling but I realized later on that I should improve to gain qualifications on our goals here. You may be right, but as you can see, the campaign manager here works for so many years they already know what they're doing. Everyone deserves a slot as long as you are good at posting content but as @20kevin20 said, this is his campaign that he is concerned with and that he has the right to choose.
