If you stand up quickly, and don't feel dizzy, then your blood pressure is probably not dangerously low.
Another check is the capillary refill time. This check should be done when your hands are not cold. Place your hand flat on the table, and press down on one of your nails for a couple of seconds. When you remove the pressure, the nail will appear white, but should return to a pink colour fairly quickly. It shouldn't take more than a couple of seconds.

I wonder which is the correct "response time" in order to realize that your blood pressure is normal. "fairly quickly" is not a measurement that could ensure that the blood pressure is on normal level.
