If they have sincere intentions here, there's no problem disclosing their identities. Providing their profiles will also strengthen their project and add credibility. however, i don't think this is a serious one. they are just here to rip some money using the current pandemic. this project will not push thru if people will not invest on this coin. And I hope they will not. We are already over with this type of project.

There is nothing honest about this scam project except that Pierre Bouvier aka @pibou (not to be confused with a Canadian musician ) is honest in stating that this is another shitcoin and trying to distance himself from it.

VaccinaCoin is not my project, I am just the dev, I am not the CEO or founder.

But, of course, that's another lie! If that were true, he would have posted a strongly-worded denial and removed the ANN post to clear his name. Just look at his past 'projects' and it should be clear to anyone that this is not his first time trying to profit from shitcoin scams.
