Since almost all casinos and other gambling places are closed due to coronavirus threats, we cannot go to those places and we cannot gamble.

I have been wondering if these casinos are closing because of the coronavirus, what losses will they be taking? if they are taking losses

The only thing we can do right now is to gamble online.

this is also a problem because many games have been postponed indefinitely, i'm talking about basketball, tennis, football, MMA, soccer, swimming. many things have been affected. I am not particularly placing any bets because I only bet on soccer matches for the English, Spanish, French, German and Portuguese championships

I know some of the gamblers here are already bored getting stuck inside our houses.

As for the safe keep, better to find it how secured we are already and to be sure also that particular casino had already performing disinfection procedure.
That is something we need to check it before we take risk our lives again. Better to go in the crowded area a month after and for sure everything is alright and having safety assurance. We have online gambling, maybe we have to stay with them for a while until the government will issue statement that we are totally free from the said virus.

and we have so many things to prioritize after this pandemic for sure so the chance of playing in casino or even in Online is the last thing we wanted to do(not unless addicted gamblers that is dying to bet again)

As of now the market situation is very worse. This means people are much into saving for the days that are coming up. As there is nothing assured for the upcoming days people are with hesitation to spend. At the same time people are requested to stay within the house. Beyond certain extent it is impossible for people to stay focused or sit without doing anything. This will surely make people to spend time and money onto gambling. Until market gains stability there won't be much of spending from the common gamblers.

I doubt there will be many people who spend their time and money into gambling. For the various countries the government have been issued for their citizen to stay at home. So as they won't work as usual and definitely they won't have a source income right? Only day laborer who will get a compensation from the government and the rest it is depend on the company itself. Like in company where I am working as of now, they have been issued to dismis all workers to stay at home but they will never paid us. I will not listen to casino operators, when they say that they are now open for operations only the government can announce that, but I prefer that the Corona Virus is totally out from the world before people should go out and play again, if some countries has it, our location is still not safe from this virus, because it takes days before the symptoms show up.

Of course, they had to close in the meantime to prevent people from going to crowded places. And most governments are closing businesses aren't that essential to avoid going outside. And without income for a month is a loss for the company since they can't function.

Agreed. Just being practical. Needs over wants especially for those who don't have enough money. Like workers with no work no pay. But aside from gambling addicts, rich people wouldn't worry about their expenses during quarantine since they have a lot of money so they can gamble if they want, right after it's already allowed.

^ Definitely right, be practical and I think most of us did not have a work and as you have said no work no pay. We are expecting that people now budgeting their money on how to survive during this lockdown. After coronavirus outbreaks? Probably at that time I am still recovering my expenses due to this lockdown. Nevertheless, gambling was always there and you can gamble anytime after your prioritized was done and when the time that you have extra money that willing to spend either win or lose. That is the time to back again in gambling activity.

Definitely if you have money why not? But if you don't have then don't try to gamble. Remember right now there are some countries who are not able to have some work just because of the reason that the virus is very easy to transmit or sprrad and that's why most of the employees right now doesn't have any work days meaning no work then no pay, a practical way is to just use our money practical right now and not for personal wants.

I'll probably wait to see if I can go with other people since I rarely go out to gamble alone anyways. Physical casinos are great, but I find the experience to be pretty meh and I'd rather just play at home anyways if possible. Even vaccines would already be available i wont surely still visit out those places and as said we cant still be sure if its totally safe.Frankly speaking that hospitalization is expensive and im not that

All established are closed except for pharmacies, groceries and restaurants (which do not offer dine-in orders, obviously). Surprisingly, the national government allowed casinos to operate still in the midst of the outbreak. You wouldn't know how much virus is circulating within the confines of said casinos during these times, so obviously it will take a while before all of this goes down the drain. Perhaps I'll just be taking my much-needed vacation since I work 16-hour shifts as a volunteer for testing samples for PUIs and PUMs for COVID-19.

I guess it is expected already once the casino starting to open those who regularly play will go there but I expect too that the casino would open only once there is a clear notice from the WHO/government that the virus is already gone. They can't just open their business while it's not clear yet. Do you know some casinos that are still open despite this advisory?
Anyway, I don't think people will gamble right away even after the clearance as you don't know if the virus is totally eradicated or not.
Better wait for months or at least a year maybe, to ensure safety.

Maybe I will wait for a while until the situations can be normal again. Even if the coronavirus can be handle, I will make sure if everything will be okay because I don't want to get trouble while I play gambling. That's right, vigilance is still needed even though there will be a notification if the vaccine is ready or maybe the world is free from this virus because this virus is not seen and we do not know where the virus is located.
