I entered my account at blockchain.info and my bitcoin cash does not come out or the balance, I had bitcoin too but I took it to an exchange.

In this direction you can see my balance with a final balance  https://www.blockchain.com/bch/address/17rzJ7TSDcHryiWRqiuYPE6zLmKWHLadtr

In my account of blockchain.info you can see neither my bitcoin transactions nor bitcoin cash but in the browser yes.
My address was not the main one

The 0.13037 BCh are not there since this address does not appear, there is something I can do since they are in the browser but on the web it does not appear to remove it.

Here you can see what my account looks like https://ibb.co/9wpJkhy

I don't know if this is the right place but if I ask the post to move

It's old transaction... have checked your transaction above, but I didn't find anything wrong there. Have you contact the blockchain.info support before? If not yet, you should try to contact them here https://support.blockchain.com/hc/en-us

The best thing  you can do right now is contact support of blockchain.com like what first reply suggest .

Are you sure that the address you search is the same wallet  address  maybe you open it with the wrong key?

If the address shown in your wallet is different from the address containing 0.13 BCH, it's likely that you are opening a wrong wallet.

Also, note that BCH can addresses can be shown in two different formats. A BCH address can be in CASHADDR format and starts with q instead of 1,
So, 17rzJ7TSDcHryiWRqiuYPE6zLmKWHLadtr and qp95fakuewt0pz45sck5daj9lwzykw57j5a4nfws30 are same addresses.

If you are sure that you are opening a correct wallet but your balance is not shown, you can export your seed phrase and import it into Electron Cash.
To do so, go to "Security Center" and click on "backup" button. Blockchain wallet will give you 12 words. (Keep these 12 words very secure and never reveal them to others.)
Download Electron Cash and create a new wallet. Select "I already have a seed", check BIP39 and enter those 12 words.
If you do all steps correctly and the wallet exported from blockchain wallet is the wallet containing BCH, you should be able to access your coins.

Note: Download Electron Cash only from the official website.

OP, try to contact their support(https://support.blockchain.com/hc/en-us) or export the 12-word backup phrase to Electron Cash as suggested above. Once, you have recovered the funds, move your funds to a safer wallet preferably hardware wallets. Don't use webwallets like blockchain to store your funds as they are prone to hacks

If the address shown in your wallet is different from the address containing 0.13 BCH, it's likely that you are opening a wrong wallet.
Since OP has mentioned that he was able to access the connected Bitcoin wallet, I don't think that the OP is opening a wrong BCH wallet here.

I'm not sure if you have sent it to the right address because on this address the last transaction was "2017-12-21 21:53", and in your wallet, it doesn't show any incoming transaction or balance in your BCH account. I never encountered any problem like this using blockchain wallet, but like most users are suggesting, only the support can answer your concern.

good luck, hopefully you haven't sent it on the wrong address.

I think you should follow the instruction given by @hosseinimr93 Hero member as in this way you will see and can approach your wallet and balance. and if you have failed to do this then contact the support centre.

This is the best solution for OP situation

If you have the 12 word, just do that.

The balance is there, as we can see in the address you showed us. Blockchain.info wallet balance  is not important (as it may be experiencing a bug or sync problems), what is important is what is registered in the blockchain.

To recover your funds, enter your 12 word in Electrum Cash wallet.

If  after using your words in Electrum Cash the balance is still zero, you don't have the private keys for that address and it doesnt belong to you.

Different wallets use different algorithms for deriving private keys from the seed phrase. That's why a seed phrase exported from a wallet may or may not work in another wallet.
For example Blockchain wallet uses BIP39 standard. You can import the seed phrase exported from blockchain wallet into wallets that support BIP39 standard.
If you export the seed phrase from blockchain wallet and import it into a wallet that doesn't support BIP39 standard or import it into Electrum or Electron Cash without checking "BIP39" it doesn't work.

I have never done this blockchain.info transaction, and I also do not understand correctly how to trade blockchain.info. but if you feel there is a lack of relief over the transaction that you are doing maybe you should contact the telegram line or send an email to blockchain.info
