Comments and thoughts for my crypto project needed!

Hello! My friend and I made our own project. We named it CoinJoy lol This is an aggregator of crypto news with filters (they are still being finalized. In general, this is still a MVP with design).

My friend is engaged in the development, but I just “polish” the social networks and it already seems to me that being just an aggregator is pretty boring.... We want to add some useful tools to our site in the future. For example, portfolio and a tool for comparing currencies on exchanges (I already saw a similar one on some resource, but it was inoperative and it seems abandoned. but I think if we can take the data directly from the CoinMarketCap, it will be a nice tool) So, I’m thinking of turning the aggregator completely into some other tool. Maybe we can completely concentrate on the portfolio or make a wallet?

So your project is basically a clone of CryptoPanic.com News aggregator but with fewer functions?

We focused on the arrangement of elements as in CryptoPanic (simply because this is the most convenient). But I would not want to remain just an aggregator

The wallet project is overcrowded at this moment so I won't suggest you do that unless you can propose a very unique feature. A portfolio is probably a better alternative but the demand isn't that high.

Why not notifications tools? Such as https://cryptocurrencyalerting.com/. The opportunity is better there imo.

I suggest polishing the aggregator even further ^{[e.g. improve on its visual aspects]} and add more functionality and other tools to your website. In terms of making a wallet and portfolio, I agree with "joniboini" but even with unique features, chances of users trying, using or even switching to your wallet are slim to none.

- A tool for finding connections between addresses with a user-friendly interface might also be a worthy addition.

I would say it definitely looks more attractive than crypto panic, I never did like the neon green.

Where are the filters though? Are you just talking about being able to select which news sites the website aggregates the news from?

I'd definitely like to see some more control on that front, e.g. returning articles that only contain a complete search query including if/or/else parameters.

Also, you forgot to add decrypt.co, that's much more popular than some of the random ones you've got added. EthereumWorldNews is also missing.
