Once upon a time there was Insolar the king of these places. I held it in my hand, I trusted it, and unfortunately, I didn't get my trust back. I still hold it, maybe one day it will rise, what shall we do.

Any thoughts on NEO? I have a few of them in my wallet, but not sure shall I sell and invest in some new DeFi coins OR keep holding NEO?

If anyone is on profit, than it's best to profit out the initial captial so that none need to regret for this in future. Also, it might be best way to take a close look into those potential defi coins which has great fundamentals and partnership instead of sticking with NEO. As always, DYOR before taking any actions. But NEO might be do well when alt season will be on fully bullish mode and 50% or more of NEO will be best to hodl for the next biggest alt season, IMO.

There were many coins that were dispatched in 2014-15 that have disappeared effectively because of numerous reasons like no volume on trades, very little improvement from group, no or little local area, no advertising or advancements and basically being obsolete.
Fortunately im not holding any dead coin yet there are numerous erc 20 tokens that I am holding which additionally appear euther dead or are not exchanging anyplace.

The crypto market is a big lottery. Of course, the old coins that are still listed in the ratings and make a profit are more reliable. Litecoin, Bitcoin and Ethereum are, in my opinion, old coins that are still worth keeping.

But in general, I think we need to gradually switch to new startups.

just like you, I never hold old coins except those in the top altcoins such as bitcoin and ethereum because other old coins, I mean those from bounties, mostly don't last long or die

old coins that i'm still holding are :

1. BTC
2. ETH
3. ADA
4. UBT

UBT really make me wondering, unfortunately i only keep half of my UBT from 2018, i really hope that these coins can fly to the moon and become one of the best altcoins in the future soon.

I still have some LTC from 2014. I had lot more, but lost them a few years ago. I guess LTC is the oldest coin apart from Bitcoin that I have in my wallets. Then I have ETH and BCH from 2017. Most of the other coins that I am holding right now were received in 2018 or 2019. And many of them are not worth the transaction fee needed to move them to an exchange. My BTC is from Q1 2014. That's when I first invested in cryptocurrency. Purchased BTC as well as LTC at that time.

A lot of cryptocurrencies have been created throughout time.

I personally have not held onto any old or even dead blockchains.

But I am working on a new project focused on old blockchains and with the attempt of reviving them.

I wanna ask what everyone here is holding onto.

I am mainly interested in coins from 2014 and older, but anything you deem "old" is welcome! Smiley

I might hit you up if I find your coin interesting Cheesy

One of my new picks is Leacoin because of its age and simple configuration.

I don't have many types of altcoins that I still hold, I still have one type of altcoin that I still hold up to now which is aurora, I won't sell it for a cheap price, I'll wait for a good time for Aurora. I will hold Aurora until the price exceeds the price when I bought it.

Although I mostly sold most of my old coins, but the one's left are AVT, Stellar, Digibyte, XEM and a few Ethereum too. Most of these coins I am currently holding are those coins I bought around 2017 with the savings and payments I received from joining campaigns. The rest were withdrawn because I needed the money to pay bills and all.

The only old altcoins I'm still holding are bounty tokens. I have exchanged all my old altcoins on exchange to bitcoin in the beginning of this year. It turns out that it is more profitable to exchange to bitcoin and watch how its value grows, than hold old altcoins and wait till they cost same price you bought them. I would suggest everyone if not do same and sell all old altcoins, but at least try with some of them.

There are lots of coins launched in the last 5 years, some are fake, some are growing very well and some are very potential for future. Last month in 2020 I sold my 4 types of coins and I got a profit, but still, I hold BNB for the next 3 years, I believe BNB will be gain in the future because BNB has excellent and novel ideas for better change the crypto market.

The Major part of my portfolio is vechain from the start and I will continue to hold it for a long time . It may look far fetched now but I hope that it can reach 50 cents or 1 $ in 5-7 years.

Some of the coins were worthless and I don't think I really care to remember it.  Great lessons have happened over the past two years. I have removed them from memory and cannot remember what they are. I have noticed popping coins built on the illusion of a carefully colored picture.  Surely it was a bad memory to me. Projects have mysteriously disappeared!

I am holding Litecoin. BNB, ETHEREUM coins. These coins are very trusted and have good market capitalization. So, it is also difficult to manipulate the price of these coins. A very popular proverb " OLD IS GOLD". So, thats why i am holding these coins and using these blockchains. But it doesn't mean every old coins is good. Now many old good performance coins vanish from market. So, pick only good coins from market

Only the top altcoins I still hold today. ETH. DOT. BNB. LINK. I hold for long-term investment. especially today bitcoin is experiencing a correction. I added a little more purchases to get the Average Price. now if you are interested in buying is the time. the market will be bullish again in the near future as this is just a correction and is still rallying
