Need help with bittrex.com

Global.bittrex.com cryptocurrency exchange does not return the money stolen from my account.  They confirmed the theft, but refused to return the money.
 I cannot go to court because I live in another country and have no opportunity to do so, and the money stolen from the stock exchange was my last saving.  I ask all not indifferent to spread information, it is possible in this way it will be possible to influence the exchange.  #bittrexreturnthemoneytonomoneyua@mail.ru

I doubt you'll get their attention. They have been ignoring their users for a long time now. See their ann thread.

All you can do is create a topic in the scam accusation section while posting the evidence that you have and hope for the best. Make sure to follow the report format.

Note that they will only be liable if it's their fault and the problem is proving that. Do you have a proof to support it?

Since bittrex is refusing to give back the lost money, Im assuming they're claiming it's your fault and therefore you are liable for it (which is usually the case). If that's the case, their support will just give you dismissive answers that they cant help you and you should move on.

A lawsuit is better but I understand that it cost money and time...

Why would they return the money that was stolen from your account?

You almost certainly got keylogged or phished or something, allowing the attacker to grab your account credentials. How did they manage to bypass 2FA? Did you get sim-swapped? I bet not.

Realistically, if it's your own fault for getting hacked, you're not protected at all. So you better be willing to prove that you didn't just get duped out of your information like I suspect you did.
