Yes the community has decided (years ago) to burn the 62B cryptsy coins and my understanding from everybody I've been talking to (with one exception) is that is still the plan and has widespread support.  That 62B is the main subject of clause #7 of the Statement of Guiding Principles.

Anybody sending any KYC documents especially those that have photographic ID, bank details and signatures are at huge risk when dealing with these types of scam exchanges because it is very common for scammers to sell KYC/AML documents to other criminals and those documents are known to circulate in the criminal underworld for years.

Well, this is a great plan, I apologize that I did not know about it before, it remains only to wait for the official announcement on its implementation, I think this will push interest in Mooncoin.

Vassillis asked me to post his information to here.  I declined to do that, and replied he should post it himself, which he has now done.  

I was not part of any of the past decisions or discussions.  Vassilis has made his opinions clear to me when I asked him and he has now repeated his opinions here.  There is an entire body of discussion and debate on this topic both in this forum and elsewhere, and I have nothing specific to add.  I feel I am coming to this particular party quite late and after everybody has made up their minds!

I am focused on working on our new website and continuing to push the project forward with those who are willing to work together.

It is more than bad marketing. The exchange is selective scamming users so it was a bad choice to pay 0.06 BTC to list Mooncoin there in the first place.

This exchange has a lot of bad reports. Listing a coin on this exchange means that the pros and cons of the project will be revealed more in the crypto community.
So listing coins with listing fee on this exchange is a complete waste of money.

explore more options provided there are still funds in the moon wallet. Once all approved refunds have been dispersed

the refund procedure must satisfy the rightful owners directly as much as possible. Any transfer of the remaining coins to a dev team account is illegal and takes the form of 62b stolen coins.  That would be a situation I would call cryptsy number 2.

I have had no trouble trading & withdrawing MOON from Unnamed.Exchange ...  but I agree that there is evidence out there about this particular exchange being a scam for some.  The solution is for Mooncoin to be listed on other exchanges in addition to this one.

i had detect an pending deposit from an wallet " untouched "for 4 Months,  
this origin address is a virgin .. no activity, expect the deposit itself .
that deposit is a split from 100 Million coins,  

that user is completly new,  not seen before,  no similar ip ranges before,  no know user from that isp in the past.
the user connects from an ip in finnland,  near to the geo location where the altilly server or connected nodes are located.

long story short .. i am not up to date on that story, .. but .. if you say that you havent reeived 100%,
and the fact that altilly finished the refund a week ago ...
and the tx happend today, from an address which is untouched for 4 Months.

idk ^^   that transaction comes from an single input,  which is uncommon for an tx from an exchange which mix inputs.
