So I just bought a Ledger Nano X and want to know which are the best project to invest.

There was a lot of good projects that can be considered as the best project to invest. I think that if you must try to take a look at the top 25 - 50. The majority of these coins have already created a good product, im strongly believe if you can pick one from those best coins. I have already invested some in the top 100 CMC

I never looked for information about GNT, but I had no problem with BAT. besides, make sure you have enough ethereum because i think ethereum will have a high price. besides, if you choose another altcoin, try to see the popular altcoin, and no more than the top 50, because I think, altcoin that will still be developed is coins that are above the top 50.

Good for you to invest right now because the price of the coins are low so you can gain money if you invested to the coins now, but I thank you need to search best project to you because once you failed choosing a good coins you lose your money because they have many many coins now are sh*tcoins or not worth it to your money or to purchase because the developer sometimes leave the coin and there is no improvement happens.

That would be a great decision if you Invest your hard-earned money in crypto currency now, Majority of the coins are in bearish trend so if you Invest now after somedays you can make huge profits... Prefer top 10 alts as these coins are more popular in crypto market, do not give importance to shitcoins. Research more and invest on the right coin...

I would like to take the time to introduce you to my project that I have been working on for some time, we are a South African Startup company that are building something really cool.
In short we buy property and rent them out on the market with partners like airbnb, booking.com, homeaway etc, but we do them all on these platforms at the same time, so our exposure and occupancy is super high. My wife and I have been trialing some of the apartments we bought and where market averages are 15% we are doing around 50% , which is quite good considering the return you get on short term rental.

We have decided to go much bigger and so we created Leasehold.io.

Its a really interesting project as the Business side of things are what builds the solid foundation for this action plan, further more we have created our own Dex that will basically serve as the link between LSH tokens and LISK "Lisk is a really promising project which one of the largest worked on Githubs"

so we can say that Leasehold is the Official first Sidechain Project of Lisk , and we aim to have alot more future projects like ours build and use our DEX to connect them to LISK as well, and thus growing the ecosystem we have created.

Further more we work off a DPOS network meaning if you own tokens, you can vote for Delegates in the network or simply vote for your own Delegate who would then earn Network and 60% of the Dex fees.  Its a deflationary token so the earnings of fees stay the same throughout Leaseholds life .

BAT is a good altcoin but you must look to bitcoin at first.

I agree with this and AFAIK you can earn BAT by downloading Brave browser then you need to watch some ads, or you can also earn BAT by receiving a tip from other users (correct me if I'm wrong). This time might be a good time for you to invest cause most of the top-performing cryptocurrencies are down, and it's a great opportunity for you if you're going to invest in it. I know once the market recovers it will bring you a good amount of profit. For me, I'd rather spent my time investing in solid cryptocurrency than spending deeper research on new projects. I know it's very difficult to trust new projects because we are already aware that some scam projects might take our money that is why it's better to invest in top coins in the market (check the ranking on the Coinmarketcap).

If you plan to invest in new projects, don't forget to make your research, and make sure that you will not regret risking your money. Allocate most of your money in bitcoin because I'm sure after this crisis it will soar again and might hit a new high price on the market.

There are many other good altcoins you should refer to, GNT is also a pretty good altcoin but it will not bring you too much profit. You should look for the top altcoins in this market such as ETH, BNB, LINK, XLM .. these are great altcoins and will help you to gain a lot of profits in the future when the market is uptrend.

But I also think some projects can reveal some potential this year, so I wanted to know opinions

 I think waves and eos could be the kings after all of this ends, right now they are not doing all that horrible neither and when this is over they are in peoples minds and when people come back to buy some stuff they will remember that two name and buy more than other smaller coins and probably bring this out to higher levels. Eos is doing quite fine right now, it is a top 10 coin at its worst day, it is challanging for a top 5 spot, I think after corona ends we will see eos in top 5 with other bad ones dropping. Do not count usdt as a coin because it is printed centralized stable currency and not a crypto coin. Waves on the other hand is in and out of top 50 many times, with this corona and drop everyone had, we will recover eventually and when we recover I think waves will see more money than many coins in front of it.

Buy Bitcoin. You sound like someone that dont plan to use cryptocurrencies. But you plan to treat it as an investment. So its transparent ledger is not important for you.  You should buy some Bitcoin.

If you think these coins are good. Buy it now. However, you must look at first Bitcoin. It is not yet clear where bitcoin price will go. If bitcoin dumps for any reason then you have the possibility to dump your altcoin huge. So look at the market now with a patience. If you think this is a good opportunity right now, buy it.

If you think these coins are good. Buy it now. However, you must look at first Bitcoin. It is not yet clear where bitcoin price will go.    ScamVirus you are right, but I would add Ethereum, Dash, Litecoin, Monero, Waves, Tezos, before all others. List of good projects is long,
and each year it's getting longer. I am not against BAT or GNT, or any other project, but it's good to have some top coins in portfolio, before
you start investing in others.
   Bearish period, it's good time for buying and holding! Patience is needed, I also think we will get out from this bad period and after that
we will see new bull runs!

Great to hear that. I thought that you're mostly focused with the said altcoins and you're not open to invest in bitcoin but little did I know, you have already made up your own gold reserve through it. 

If you say projects, I'm not telling you that don't be open with the new projects but it's like this. Many of the new projects doesn't really have the taste of the first ones that even until now, they're known and still fulfilling their promises. Unlike the newer ones, they're milking from their investors.

I think you already conduct a research with these coins you chose. Just want to suggest consider investing in btc and eth as well. Its safe to have a well-established coins in your portfolio so if something unfortunate happen in other coins that you invest in you can count to those popular coins to still standing. If you have doubts you can always search what could be the best coin to include in your crypro portfolio.
