You don't need confidence since it might eat you alive. Better focus on your knowledge since it will greatly help you as a trader and as an investor.

You don't really need luck since this market can be predicted based on the indicators being shown using strategies. This is not gambling where some games don't need analysis and mainly focus on how lucky you are. In this volatile market, you really need to be attentive to the price charts, quick price changes so you would be able to adjust. A lot of people earned here because of that and we can't really go against it but make it as an opportunity.

I've seen exchanges offering this kind of margin trades recently they've change 20% leverage to 125% i guess this was first implemented by Binance and now Huobi. Im also been intrigue with this kind of method of trading and how it works for example you've borrow $1000 and got busted with no money to pay, how would the exchange charge you, if you can just leave the site instead ?

I think it depends on the trader, There are some traders who prefer trading in a very volatile market because you can earn profit fast and on the other hand you can lose big time also. I'm one of the user love tradings on a volatile market, Considering that I have the experience to execute some techniques on trading on a volatile market. Being attentive to trade sessions and being focus on the chart can make you earn a good profit in the opportunity you got.

Certainly all success depends on a trader's ability, in a volatile market traders need to be brave and knowledgeable.
Daily trading in times of volatility is where good traders make money, if you are not a good trader, it is best not to engage in daily trading.

I think he is just promoting huobi and the new flexible platform they have. I think it's just a competition between exchanges, if they don't introduce new things they will not be able to attract new traders, simple as that. Now if you wish to try new flexible platform you can, you can check fees at their site. I will not try this new way of trading, at least not for now. I will follow and I will see how it's going for the ones who are more experienced in margin trading (and from OP we have information that this is similar to margin), soon we will see some articles about this and some personal experience from traders who tried it.

In this part people here in forum has their own thing,some tend to Invest and just hold their currencies while others use this Volatility to earn( but of course in very risky way) having our desired strategy is the uniqueness of this market comparing to Banking investments.

There are a lot of traders that is love the market volatile because most of them are prepared enough. In trading, you must need to have a piece of good knowledge about the market movement, but still, we cannot predict on this because there are a lot of problems with this you cannot make sure all the time you will win your trades. Some of the people choose the altcoin for short term trading because it is easier to identify the market changes than the bitcoin. After all, it is for long term investment and still it depends on the trader how he does make more earnings because there are a lot of traders make a profit within a week, and some of them are trading within a day.

Nah it is not that easy. To open up a margin trading account they will ask you for some more stuff like some coins as collateral to be stored against which you are taking the loan in the form of leverage. If it was that easy to defraud the exchange then margin trading would not exist at all. You will lose that money if you exit the site. You would otherwise have to pay it from your pocket. Also there are liquidation fees to stop your position from getting liquidated during the run.

Besides exchanges make a lot of money from selling their margin trading service to the people who are ready to gamble on market positions compared to what they make on spot trading.

Yes, providing margin trading functionality is nothing but lending out loans on daily basis. When traders are not closing their positions, they must need to pay interest on daily basis for the amount they have used for availing the leverage. When trader's remaining capital is not enough for covering these kind of fees, then auto liquidation will get triggered which means open positions will be closed on market prices.

OP is talking about Trade and make a profit in a Volatile market but in volatile markets it is always trade and face loss. But, exchanges are the only party who makes consistent profits so they will not stop asking people to promote them through this kind of discussions.

Can we stop this volatility in order to make our trades safe? Not really for sure. We have this risk because of volatility but something it gives more benefits than to have a stable market. We can make buy low and sell high, it is because we have this kind of market feature and we live this since before. Volatility is not a factor why traders (especially noobs) are losing but it is all because they don't have enough knowledge in crypto trading. Trading with high volatility is really risky and even an expert trader agrees to it. But since he has his own trading skills, he can still managed to make profits. But if you want to play safe, buying low and selling high at this moment can be a good move. You can still make profits but it takes more patience to wait for it.

^ I don't agree with your statement, why? Because in crypto trading the way you earn a profit is to face any circumstance in volatility part of the market. You can't earn in stable market flow. However, if you are lack knowledge in trading, that is not good advice if you continue trading because you probably lost your capital. Lol I don't think any market will remain stable so that traders cannot earn from it. I guess people will call markets in stable condition when it will be moving in highly predictable way. Only when market is showing unpredictable ups and downs, people will call it highly volatile.

I agree knowledge is very important in trading and when trader feels like not having enough knowledge about handling market volatility then it should be highly recommended to stop trading right away until gaining enough knowledge to handle all kind of market conditions. Being research-full may help anyone to acquire knowledge on various strategies of trading and this way and this way entering into market and exiting at profits or at stop-loss will not be a big thing.
