I know this is not a typical bet one would make but hey since there’s no way to bet on sports let’s make money on one of the most burning topic of this year. The topic I’m referring to is will the players of premier league take a 30% pay cut, or will they continue opposing their rich owners and if you know any sports-book offering odds on this please post below. In my personal opinion the players won’t be taking the pay cut, and hence we can make serious cash by wagering on their decision to oppose the pay cut.

For me, i think the premier league wanting to charge all football players 30% of their wages is not good enough.
Not all football players in England earn so many thousands which means not all can afford the 30% wage cut.

The FA should not interfere with players finances, captains have decided to volunteer their wage cuts (Manchester united for example suggested 30%).

Manchester United wanting to give out 30% of their loan does not mean that Villa or Wolves players will cope with 30%.

My point is, let each team decide and determine what volunteer service they can afford; moreover ACITYUNITED raised only 100,000 pounds in volunteer funds

I doubt that you can bet on such events somewhere and I have no idea how odds would be determined.
Cut of payments is understandable and right thing IMO. First of all, players aren't playing right now - they aren't doing their job now. It's first reason why. Also, clubs lost their sources of income - matchday revenue from tickets, TV rights, so players should understand that. Ignorance of it and requirements to get full money could lead to bad outcomes. Clubs will be forced to sack their casual workers - administratiom, stadium staff and etc. I think it could even lead to liquidation of some poor clubs. There is dome talks about it in Bundesliga.

As some already said I don't think any bookmakers will open a bet like this but if anyone will do it will probably an English sports bet website.

Also, I think players will give up to salaries when they are not even training Barca and Juventus already did an agreement with players...

Maybe OP wants to have a bet against anyone here if ever there will be no available online betting as I doubt there will be.

Nice idea OP as an alternative option to make money, but how much will you bet if ever there will be someone here that accept your deal?

Cutting salaries or payments is expected to happen at any major or big leagues. I don't understand why it turned into serious arguments if deals are properly arranged. Will follow the story.

For sure there would be oppositions but no bookies would offer such thing yet majority of players will surely abide on this pay-cut yet its understandable on why they would need to do such thing.

The thing said above ^ this could be possibly done towards other people but i dont think that there would be lots of fellas who would bet on.
