Getting fresh air is very important.  A jogger in my neighborhood passed away recently because he was jogging with his mask on and didn't get enough oxygen...

He/she must have been over 65 and had co-morbidities... probably co-morbidity of the brain to not stop and take the mask off for a few minutes until he caught his breath.

Cool

Jogging and cycling with a mask isn't really recommended.

From what I recall, he was young (below 45), but yes, probably suffered from extreme lack of common sense.

This mask thing really does seem to affect peoples brains. I was on a naturist beach a while ago, and one guy was naked apart from a mask. I wonder what he did when he went swimming. Another one was a guy walking a dog, and both of them were wearing masks. I'm not sure how he managed to persuade the dog not to rip off the mask.

Without really knowing the details of his condition, who knows what happened. Every now and again somebody dies jogging. A few of them are well under 40. There might be a few under 30.

The guy in question was probably one of those who was stressed without the mask. He might have had hidden or undiagnosed comorbitities. In other words, he shouldn't really have been exercising as rigorously as he was even without the mask.

I think there is no reason to panic. It's better to think about your own health and improve it. For example, do you maintain a healthy lifestyle? It's essential to eat a balanced diet and stay active in order to boost the immune system. Also, don't forget to take vitamins such as vitamin C, D3.
All of you are right about panicking. It won't help in these very hard times.

That will add nothing for people who are in hardship in the battle of this covid crisis. I agree to your suggestion about maintaining a healthy body and that's one good way to avoid the possible infection of covid19, having a strong immune system.

You know this mostly kills the poor as they can't provide a good meal to boast their immunity. Secondly most of us here are from cold county where their weather is very wet as it doesn't operates well in hash weather like african countries.
No.

It doesn't choose the status of living of the infected people but it is a factor and you're right with that explanation.

Cold, mild or hot weather countries, there's no exception even those countries that have fought it and eradicated it earlier than other countries.

the rules for covid19 are rules of personal hygiene that should always be followed regardless of the virus, well ventilate the rooms where we usually stay, away (from strangers) and hand washing are always valid rules, surgical masks have an entrance protection of only 5% so for me they are not valid, you have to wear an ff2 mask that protects over 90% both in and out to be truly safe

As you say, those are some of the rules for Covid-19.

But the rules against Covid-19 are, take 6 to 10 grams of vitamin C + 200 mg of zinc + 50,000 units of vitamin D per day, based on what your doctor and your health practitioner say for you personally. The rest of going against Covid-19 is to get rid of the masks, and get some exercize among other people who don't wear masks, including hugging and embracing them.

Even as that we must ensure to maintain 3mtr distancing, moreover those that are phone and system addict must make sure we prevent using general system and keep off your mobile phone from anyone else.

I’m not remotely panicking, I’m in my 20’s & relatively healthy. I certainly won’t be taking any vaccine, my immune system is more than good enough to fight off the phantom flu.

This is not a pandemic, but a plandemic.
Your immunity will help you not to get sick with any diseases and viruses, so strengthen it, lead a healthy lifestyle, use healthy supplements (vitamin D, oregano and black cumin oil, and other supplements that increase immunity).
Medical masks will not help (if you want to protect yourself and other people, then use a gas mask or a respiratory mask that protects against aerosols, although this doesn't make sense, because this virus is not much more dangerous than the flu).
Think with your own head, do not watch or read the news (more precisely, a show with elements of drama and psychological thriller), there is almost nothing but propaganda and intimidation.
We are human beings, do not let the system or ignorant people violate your freedom. But do not argue with anyone, treat this with understanding and kindness, they are also people who are still sleeping.

Always remain human, even when a faceless system is more popular than humanity.
