I have strong opinion that it will be held in citabit exchange, after all that is an exchange of their own, so they can do it without pay fee to another exchange. What I see is it's very rare to see an IEO that go success on its own exchange site, but I hope this one is different.

Even before its hars to collect already funds for any new blockchain projects. So with this current situation, what more they can raise, Im not saying they cant since people dont want to invest money now due to crisis its a well perect time to buy, but for newly ones not a good advise better to focus on established one such as bitcoin or any major altcoin.

Can we know which exchange it is? The timeline is important here, while the market is down, you should seize the oppurtunity to launch one.

I also hope the team will consider it before launching IEO and look for references about exchanges with bad reputation, I see many successful projects after selling on probit and it seems that the exchange is having a high hype . But seeing the number of projects launching IEO there, I hope the team can maximize marketing so investors are interested in investing.
