Of course, because that's an unknown exchange, even it's not listed in coinmarketcap. So we can assume that it is clearly under a small exchange that is listed on coinmarketcap. He named it bitcoin everyone for me seems there's no reason behind it, it just random name that he want his token to be popular quickly.
