Best Ethereum Wallets

For me mew is always considered good for eth wallet. It is very convenient. You can also import it on some of the mobile wallets youve mentioned. This is a neat and good guide for eth wallets.

I am not seeing MetaMask.
Is there a problem with that application?
I even input it as an extension into my browser.

Pros in using MEW. Auto log out.
Yeah, damn good for lazy people like me who cannot even press the log out button. 

This is why it is secured. Yeah I didnt see in the list one of the highly secured wallet. Maybe OP forgot to note this, metamask is safe to use, however there are reports of scam activity using browser extension and users must be attentive whenever they are using this.

my opinion best ETH wallet is MEW. MyEther wallet is best secure wallet and very easy way use any user. my second choice metemask also good ETH wallet

I am a frequent mobile user so I am more conversant with trust wallet in particular and then coinomi wallet. Never heard any problems using this two. I strongly recommend them for all ETH transactions and storage.

I like for using desktop wallet like ''Atomic'' again when i use mobile like android phone then i choice coinbase wallet. Even i have no used now hardware wallet because my holding money less. Although i always choose online wallet like myetherwallet because good safty with use easy.

For mobile I use 2 wallets up to now namely trust wallet and coinomi, I have installed imtoken, but I feel uncomfortable and finally I uninstalled it. For online wallet I used MEW before installing metamask addons, and now I use metamask more often. Maybe one day I will buy hardwallets so that my assets are safer.

I support and used all that are listed in your thread except the online wallet, I never use the online wallet after the many hacking that have happened in the past and I also do not recommend it to all my friends, the best option is the hardware wallet, desktop wallet is also very good provided that you know to secure your desktop from attacks.

MEW used to be the best Ethereum wallets, specially for those we can't afford hardware wallets. And with the split, MyCrypto takes over. I guess we can't categorically call them best wallets, I mean it is still up to us on how to learn how to protect them. We can used the most expensive and sophisticated wallets out there but if we don't practice safe security, our tokens can be hack or stolen by cyber crooks.

MEW has never had a security issue and this wallet is always the first choice for all investors in this market. In addition, I often use the Trust Wallet at my phone for easier management because this is the safest wallet protected by Binance and I have used it for over 1 year.

Of course there are many options for you and should learn to protect your own property.

I think this is one of the biggest news in 2018, Myetherwallet warns that a couple-of its DNS-Servers have been hacked.

So I wouldn't say that there have been no security issues in the past. Although is it still the most widely used wallet for a lot of us, but it is good that we are aware that it could be a target for hackers or scammers.

The announcement did.t mean that MEW itself was hacked, it was the DNS server. While it was announced I was still using MEW with no fear and I never got hacked and till today I, I am still happily using MEW. Perhaps the reason I did not fall into such trap was that I already bookmarked it and there was no cause for me to use a phishing site of MEW.
I can still ascertain that it is of cause one of the best ever.

There is guarda wallet and Atomic wallet for mobile or smartphones too not just PC only, and I'm not a fan of PC wallets because of how vunerable they are to hacks and trojans

Oh that is a lot of ethereum wallet and thank you for catgorizing that. For those people who are looking  ethereum wallet it can choose about the list that you gave but right now I use coins.ph it is not only ethereum wallet because it can have bitcoin, ethereum, ripple and bitcoin cash on this wallet that you can convert seasily your coin into cash.

Before  used coinbase and blockchain to store coins including the ethereum but now I transfer all my coins to country wallet that is the coins.ph and that is one of the best wallet at this now.

Are you sure? Take notr that it is still prone to breached and its handled by third party company? What if something happened to their product? Mostly these mobile wallets are the one closer to hack activities. For me, the best wallet out there for any coin not just ethereum are the hardwallets. Security wise, this is the best one to use. Yeah mobile wallet can be convenient as we constantly use our mobile phones, but just a piece of advise, use only when dealing on small transactions and never stay your coins there. Too dangerous.

Maybe he forgot or he does not know about it, Yeah, I am also a metamask user and it's pretty good and safe. I have been using it for three years now and I don't experience any issues, In fact, it is the safest web wallet. You can also use it on MEW and some Decentralize exchanges (DEX), you don't have to worry about inputting your private keys anymore, metamask got us covered.

If you are looking for the best eth wallet then you are talking about Ethereum and it's smart contract easy operation with no hassle, correct me if I'm wrong, I don't like adding ERC20 tokens manually and only trust wallet get that done, all your tokens displayed with their values on exchanges too

I always use Myetherwallet as I use a desktop computer and i think MEW is the best option but do remember there are a lot of fake links about MEW website. open it from there a website or Twitter account and then save it in your pc and always use that link to use the wallet.

Thanks for this, it is very detailed. MyEtherwallet (MEW) is really one of the best wallets so far just that it is online but even at that there have been little to no issues about security breaches and so on, that is to say, hacks only takes place when private keys is exposed. On the other hand, when one opts for easy accessibility and convinence then mobile apps comes to play, yet again you can easily import your MEW wallet address into the desired mobile wallets etc. Lastly from my own experience, the best mobile app is Enjin, have being hearing good things about Trust wallet and am yet to check it out.

I use private keys and display them in myetherewallet for my token storing wallet. I put the coins I use on coinbase. But as I came to know about trust wallet, I believe it can replace both of my options. Though I haven't still got used to it and don't want to import my old private key. I'd gradually completely switch to trust wallet as I believe they are the most secure options for regular users.

In the list I use myetherwallet in the past years ago and the last I used that wallet was 2019, this wallet is not only for ethereum because a user can save or keep their tokens to that wallet and I really like it but now I did not use it for this year and I don't know what happened to them if that wallet is still available or it is close ? My wallet that I use now is good and I think I use it for the longterm.
