Isn't it true that as an admin you can see all the content of other users in gsuite, including files and emails ?

These Gsuite accounts are from our Organisation Business Gsuite account.
The Admin of the Gsuite account, cannot access to the user's account, without user's login details,. All the files are by default private and no other person can access those data without accessing the user's account..
Here we provide safe storage account , which will work fine for long term storage purpose.
As a Admin, we have security options, such as Password Reset, and Data Recovery for disabled accounts options available, which we use only when user inform us to use it for their account,.
