To make things a little more clear: You are aggressively looking for investors on your Website, Twitter & Telegram. You stole the concept of SWISSCOIN and plagiarized their Whitepaper. You just canceled your ICO/IEO/Listing activities until further notice. Why that? Didn't you know about the legislation in Germany? If you are running a serious blockchain project in Germany, shouldn't that be the first thing to keep an eye on?

And what happened to the people who already invested in your (Scam-)coin? Did you pay them back or what happened to the huge amounts of ETH that were deposited on your "Token Sales-Wallet"? And why did you removed the section "Token Sales" from your Website? Shouldn't there be some information for the people, who already invested? Don't they deserve some information how to get their ETH back, if GermanCoin is legally not allowed to do a token sale? Or were these early transactions just fake, to get inexperienced users to dump money in your (Scam-)project? Please give us some information on that.
