Assuming that Polar91 account is your main account, you actually had a chance to LEGITIMATELY earn well with the higher-paying signature campaigns. People from our country are poor and all and yada yada, but all you needed to do was to provide good content to the readers to slowly rank your way up. But no, you had to do cheat the system. And now you're giving us a sob story just so hopefully the Bitcointalk community gives you sympathy? Not really a new style of excuse from people from our country when caught red-handed to be honest.

Lol whatever. But great job to Bitcoin_Arena.

I am reporting 2 more accounts associated with the wallet... The farm is still so huge, but some accounts are not associated with the wallet mentioned in the OP. I will list them too when i have finalized everything so that it will be easy to see the bigger picture.

without details and new proofs it will of course be more difficult. the uncovered hd wallet was a bull's eye and a lot was found. in the future it will be much more difficult. unless different social media accounts etc. were used multiple times. so a few links will surely be uncovered.

flags are supported.

Wow. Just wow. A huge account farm has just been busted. Perhaps I should investigate to see if there are more alts involved. So will the 40+ accounts connected so far all be banned, or will there be an exception for Polar91?

So here's the story why I did this. I'm currently a student. I started joining signature campaign since 2016 (I'm senior highschool that time). At that time, my lunch money (baon) seems not enough for me thus I told myself that I needed to workhard to buy foods that I wanted to eat.

That's not an excuse. I'm also strapped for cash and don't have much to pay for anything, but you know what? I don't join signature campaigns. Why? Because they pay really bad money. Think about it, you spend several hours on a forum to make a few dozen dollars per week, that's fast food restaurant money. And when you think about it, it's also a massive time sink, where you could've spent some time learning some technology skills. The world has a shortage of software developers. If you google the latest technology trends these days you find a lot of toolkits that you can learn, which will only take you a few weeks to complete. In fact there are sometimes even youtube courses which you can complete in days.

I don't know how long you've spent maintaining posts on this farm but with all that time, you should've used it to build a skillset. Golang, web development, Elasticsearch, Amazon cloud services skills are all highly sought after in the industry and get you tens of thousands of dollars per year. But to bring this figure to weekly amounts you can say this will net you somewhere around $4000 per week. Even if you get paid a comparable amount to this in philippine pesos you would still be able to make a living where you live. You can even find some Slack channels and look for business employers who would pay you for contracted software development. That might net you about $2000 per week. In many cases you can work out a deal to work remotely and get paid in bitcoin too since they aren't formal settings.

And when it gets temporarily tough to find a remote job, you can still use your new skills to develop your own products, become a digital artist and make some designs, or write some technical books, or even offer translation services since you seem to do that already, which you can then sell online for bitcoins through a website you create. As you add more items to your store you make at least 5x the amount of money you get from signature campaigns every week.

The above should sound familiar to me, because that's exactly what I'm trying to do now. And it's hard. But who said good things in life come for free? But it's worth the money at the end. On the other hand, low effort work = low pay. There is no way around this.

A signature campaign with high ranked accounts in high tiers will only net you $30 per week. Not even third world people can live off of that money. You making dozens of alts (let's assume 100 here for the purpose of calculation), enrolling them in signature campaigns, will definitely not net you $3000 per week because most of these accounts are low ranks. So say if only 10% of the farm is high ranking members and lower ranks get $5 per week then you're only making 30*10 + 90*5 = $750 per week. And even this is shared among your friends, which I assume you have several involved in this, so say if you split this among ten friends then you only end up with $75 per week. See my previous remark about that at the beginning of this paragraph. You still can't live of that much money.

TL;DR you really messed up this time, now go invest your time in learning some trending technology skills while you still can, they pay much more than this.

Thank you for taking the time and effort to find more accounts to cheat in signature campaigns. This ensures fairness for other bounty hunters. As far as I know, there are many people who cheat by using multiple accounts for Twitter and Facebook campaigns. But they will use many different wallets to avoid being detected. This will take a long time to find these fraudster. Thank you for your hard work making the bounty campaign fair for more people.

Assuming his offends just have to do with abusing the forum with alts on signature campaign, that only won't get him banned but it'll definitely attract negative feedbacks and flags which I'm quite sure all the connected accounts must have recieved by now and there are active DT members keeping an eye on this thread to tagged more accounts as they're a exposed.

The farm is obviously the biggest I have seen during my stay on the forum, the possibility of one or two connected accounts been previously banned for spamming or plagiarisms which means other alts will be guilty of ban evasion which also attract a penalty of the account getting banned too including the Polar91 account. If none of the alts has been previously (or in the future get) banned then he won't get banned.

Which part of the user's statement would be sarcastic? Entering any campaign with more than 1 account (rules or not) is means that the individual doing so is depriving somebody else of the opportunity (fully or partially) which is wrong in itself.

The thing is that he is not even giving a sob story. In his mind, he has done something heroic which he will continue to do now that he knows about HD wallet. He has already challenged that he has more accounts. AND he is opposing the flags with his puppet accounts.
Lets just hope that all the higher ranked member accounts are caught. Also, If i was in the fillipino section, I would be very wary of giving merit to any new accounts. Because from the way he talked, I am pretty sure he'll be back cheating with additional accounts. It also seems that for people like him, it is much easier to get merit in the local section as people tend to trust each other and have a lot of close interaction there.

Bitcoin_Arena did a great job but every upstanding member of the fillipino community should spend sometime digging through this dirt and find more links to this stupid cheater's-circle parasiting on the forum and other people's opportunity.

I still have hundreds of accounts who are yet to be discovered. Some of them are currently in signature campaign.

I had some suspect back on days on this account I've tried to look but it took too much time happy someone has found him.

About your accounts, @theymos can yo do an IP control? I know you probably will not but this is a try.

IF anyone have time since Polar abused and still abusing this can be a good start to find more accounts

The thing is that he is not even giving a sob story. In his mind, he has done something heroic

Indeed.  And in some ways, that is the worst part.

which he will continue to do now that he knows about HD wallet. He has already challenged that he has more accounts. AND he is opposing the flags with his puppet accounts.

Of course, he may attempt to adapt and become more evasive in the future; and of course, there are other ways to catch him (which I will try to avoid too much describing, for obvious reasons).

I observe that anyone with the requisite skillset to get away with this type of thing in the long term could make a lot more money doing something more productive.  But if he was caught with such simple mistakes, he probably lacks the skills for any real achievements; and scumbags are often economically irrational, anyway.

This is how bad people poison a community.  It is like the stage in urban decay when ordinary social relations break down, and people become afraid to talk to strangers.

Strictness toward wrongdoing is not only about punishing the wrongdoer.  It is also about protecting the community at every level, including community trust.  It is terrible if, as I think you are quite correct in observing, Filipino users need to be careful of whom they merit—just as on the general forums, I do a background check on new or unrecognized accounts before sending merit.  The person operating “Polar91” is a parasite as you observe, and a parasite on Filipino community trust worst of all.  The solution is to tear out this type of wrongdoing root and branch, so that normal community relations can be restored.

To that end, the Filipino users who have expressed outrage at the person behind “Polar91” are doing as great a service to their local forum as they are to the forum as a whole.  I hope that with the assistance of investigators here, they can get rid of this problem, and focus on building a helpful community that welcomes new Bitcoiners.

Yeah, i have seen more than a dozen accounts that are part of the farm and were already permabanned. I will try to list them too and i do hope the mods help out and ban each and every account that was part of the farm on the lines of ban evasion because the way this guy worked to get that big farm going was partly merit abuse between the alts.

If they are not banned, he will farm more accounts using merits from the tagged accounts now that it's hard to rank up without merits and those accounts have lots of sMerits in between them.

Bitcoin_Arena did a great job but every upstanding member of the fillipino community should spend sometime digging through this dirt and find more links to this stupid cheater's-circle parasiting on the forum and other people's opportunity.
Indeed during the investigation, i realized that the fillipino community has one of the biggest number of signature/bounty participants which is not bad. Most bitcoin addresses that i discovered are connected to the coins.ph wallet. Some members are genuine while others are just so greedy and are just messing up everything for the genuine ones.

More alts I guess can be found here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5028967.0 this thread has been brought up by AdoboCandies on our local board here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5240442.msg54227361#msg54227361.

I'll get the corresponding profile links here of the possible alts that this proud Polar91 been talking into. Note: Banned members that presented on the link above are excluded from these lists, the included are those active and hasn't been banned yet.

Doesn't mean they haven't traded any merits they aren't in suspicion, they are because some of them are only trading merits between users listed above meaning they are cycling the sMerits themselves or should we say by one person.

And I know that you know that I still have many accounts right there who's yet to be discovered and you're right. I still have hundreds of accounts who are yet to be discovered. Some of them are currently in signature campaign. Go check them all busters if you can.
If this is correct (I think it is), I think these are the only possible accounts that he is talking about based on the merit trade and the case presented by Utoy101 that I linked above. Does he manage to bypass the IP ban if he owns all of these accounts or he pays the corresponding fee of each account?

-snip-

Wrong observation, only Bella Thorne is not traded merit from other account listed by OP

Star_Bucks Shiversnow wolfgang56
Pantastikman Predator25
roll on Kersh768 Spontebob
megatrix Magkirap
Gramna agentx44
trashvin agentx44 Kurokonobasuke

And all of these account Polar91, Star_Bucks,Magkirap etc is always have woke up and change password modlog, you can check in bpip of each his account.

And also I have make this list like you before https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5238497.msg54179004#msg54179004 and seems DT doesn't really want the merit evidence to make sure it's Polar91 account. Better to check the address to make sure it's alt account, but its hard because I believe he already delete his application of each account who he have

Sorry, my bad. I only refer the connections on the sMerit to and not the Merit fans on the time of posting it here, though I included the Merit fans there, thanks for correcting it, I edited it already.

Seems it's a hard task but will make a try, I think we may need LoyceV archive page on that.

I have data from September 12, 2018, but I never published the first part. Utoy101's post was made 2 days later, so I may or may not have it.

Converted Lauda's list into loyce.club post archives so you guys can dig up the other, deleted, posts of these users. Though there seems to be a limitation of the historic data it goes back to. These can be used as starting points to find other addresses connected with wallet explorer, which is a really good tool I must say, I would buy the devs a beer.

LoyceV, how early are posts that you archived, I mean the starting date, last july? Some profiles have posts archived only as far back as last september, others last december. While we're on that topic, you should put HTTPS on your site with a Let's Encrypt certificate.

Also note that many of the usernames are similar to each other (WORDWORD or WORDNUMBERS). This is another red flag to look out for. Don't exclude banned accounts yet, their transactions could reveal other connected accounts which haven't been banned yet.
