Always good to see more services using bitcoin.

Do Virtual Numbers work from outside the country?

Yes, all of our numbers, with the exception of Toll-Free numbers, are able to be dialed by anyone anywhere in the world.

What about using the service as a recipient outside of the US. Will a virtual number forward the call to a non-US number? e.g. can a user in Europe get a US virtual number that will forward the calls to a phone number in Europe?

Also, it might be better to also link to weusecoins.com or bitcoin.org in the "What are bitcoins?" section. The http://tradebitcoin.us/ didn't seem to be answering that question for a bitcoin newbie.

good luck
