We are pleased to share that we released an all-new Staking program about two weeks ago.
Our aim was to finally make
staking a cryptocurrency accessible to everyone, making the way it works as simple as it should be. The interface is easy-to-use and you don't need much technical knowledge to start. Simply
register for an account at https://elitium.io/dashboard and start staking with one click (you can either deposit EUM from your wallet or buy EUM right on our platform, provided by our liquidity pool at the BitMart exchange).
You can receive a
reward of up to 6.5% per year on your staking balance, with a
monthly distribution of your rewards. There is
no minimum amount required to start, there is
no lock-up period of your rewards, and you are able to
stop staking anytime with one click (and withdraw your EUM balance instantly).
After already releasing Staking in 2019, with a software-wallet that users had to download and a separate EUM-S protocol that users had to swap EUM tokens to, we now decided to re-work the program so that our platform takes care of all these things for the user in the background. You do not have to take care of these things, we do for you. A great user-experience has always been hugely important to the whole team. Simply start staking and start receiving rewards by helping to support the network and the Elitium company.
In addition, we also integrated a payment process by which you can buy the currency EUM like any other online purchases, with your Mastercard or Visa, right from within your dashboard. This makes the process simple and truly accessible to anyone, as you do not have to go to a third-party exchange or deal with a step of swapping from BTC or ETH first.
Of course, you are still welcome to purchase EUM on one of our exchanges (BitMart & STEX) as well, or you can also purchase EUM with many other cryptocurrencies in our dashboard.
We see this step as an important one within the cryptocurrency industry, as it finally makes an interesting feature of many blockchains accessible to all – also to a non-crypto audience. But besides that, which crypto-enthusiast doesn't like a simple-to-use platform? As far as we know,
there is no comparable Staking program available in the market today, and we are happy to share and confident that this is right direction to take.
