Kindly give us sometime to look into this issue and we will give you an explanation and or resolve the issue if this was in error.

Just got a word from our risk management team explaining:  " The bet was returned because one of the player has Walkover."

I see that you are very active in engaging the concerns and problems to your players which is good but I wonder if the allegation that was raised last 2019 has been solve already. It was
stated that you are using a fake team which will ruin your reputation for sure if it was not solve.

Upon checking the reference link, I guess there is only a misunderstanding about the picture which is good. By the way, do you have FAQ section in your website? as I cannot see it upon exploring
your platform. I only want to know more about your platform.

Thanks for your interest in our platform. The allegation was unfounded which we have provided evidence contrary to and rest assured, the issues has been fully resolved.
We still have those two negative trust only because the users who left them are no longer active but, we are exploring all available options to get ride of them.

Our support and availability to resolve users issues and provide information's to our users will only get better and faster as we grow our platform.
Regarding the FAQ, we are releasing a new version of our website (in about 14 days) which will make all these information's easily available and accessible.
