My TOTP is incorrect, I think I may have scanned it twice and deleted the original. Though I'm not sure.

I tried both their emails support@bter.com and admin@bter.com, I tried their QQ address which they're marked as busy or away. Freeworm is their username here which hasn't been active in 10 days (also I can't pm it as I'm a newbie here) and the accounts bter and bter.com haven't been active since May.

If someone can provide me with help I'd be most gracious and would happily provide you with 50 mbtc for your troubles.

Thanks so much.

I never said or implied the website doesn't work..

I'm asking does anyone have any contact with someone from bter.com or any way to get into contact with them as I've been receiving, and have seen reports of others receiving, no response from them.

BTER is not responsive to emails--at least in my experience.  Angry  After some of the coins I sent them weren't credited to my account, I sent an email to both their admin and support email addresses asking for support, then waited for days.  When didn't hear back, I sent a couple more emails and waited a few more days....still zero response.   Cry

I know Cryptsy has a slow clunky website, but at least they respond to support requests.

Hi,
Did you ever get in touch with BTER.com ?

I have a similar issue. I setup 2 stage auth on 4 accounts including my bter.com account. I was having some issues with my phone so performed a factory reset. It didn't cross my mind that by doing this I could lock myself out of my account since I had Google Authenticator installed. Google backs up all my other data but it doesn't with the Authenticator app, nor does it recommend / warm that you should.

I have about 0.3 BTC worth of different currencies in my BTER.com account and despite about 3 different emails to their support / admin address' I've had no response. I mentioned that I could provide any details to prove who I am.

Another website I use were very quick to respond when I asked and sent me a link to a login screen which didn't ask for the extra authentication, therefore I was able to take control of my account. I hope something similar can be done with bter.com or at least some other type of authentication method such as an SMS message.

Anyone got any ideas?

Have the same problem here. Been trying to get a hold of a support person for quite a while. Last reply I got told me that I had to wait it out as there support services were bavklogged and they didnt have the proper staff to handle them. Feels to me like there is more going on than that...
The only help I can think of is patience, and hoping it will be resolved.

Their QQ address ..

Hi,

Bter.com is verifying the agreement of the funds transfer-in/out and trading records.
Please send an email to "support@bter.com" if you cannot make a withdrawal due to a "fund error".
There's a large volume of customer requests, please be patient.

It would be faster if you use QQ (http://www.imqq.com/) to contact our customer representatives at

QQ1: 930670188
QQ2: 930625188
QQ3: 417677728
QQ4: 1091544692
QQ5: 2795309276

Bump..!
Anyone heard anything? I got a response from their support asking me to varify some details so I could prove my identity, so it sounded promising as if they would be able to disable TOTP on my account. Despite a few more recent emails I haven't heard back from them so still cant access my account or funds!

Anyone in a similar situation?!
