Only supports from traders that can grow the price of an altcoin. Without having enough support, the altcoin cannot grow, and it will stay at the bottom. The teams need to convince their supporters to back up their coins so the coin can increase the price. But that will depend on how good bitcoin price move because all of the altcoins will be behind of bitcoin.

We all know cryptocurrency. We Buying and selling different types of altcoins in different exchanges. Many of altcoins have the same features, total supply, blockchain, even number of decimals, But in their prices, there is a huge difference. So, there is one question that appears at this point that "What matters to grow the price of an Altcoin ?". Is it makes a high price by listing on many different exchanges or the team works behind that altcoin/project? Or something else. This is a big question which all of us want to know.
To be short, demand is the main reason for the altcoin price to grow so this is what really matter but before you can gather huge amount of demand you still need a user-case to your project. Aside from that, you also need to get first the trust of the investors in order to make sure that you can increase the demand of you altcoin.

The more the demand the higher the price of altcoin and also the lesser the supply the higher the price. Listing to different exchanges will not help to grow the price of altcoin if they cannot raise it's demand, listing in one exchange that is a trusted exchange is enough but having a more option is good also but it is not the most important.

there are a lot of altcoins right now on the market, if you choose the wrong altcoin to invest, then your life is over !, the price of Altcoin can't just focus on project development, The developer must think of a marketing strategy, so that new investors can enter the project, many altcoins only think of development without thinking of future prices

I notice when there has a good future for the project .
A feasible projects and satisfies the shareholder gives a huge impact to the price of the coin.
And sometimes when a known exchanger endorse the coin because of the votes from that coins which makes the ICO coin gain an investor which will make the price go up and down .

Having a good project is not enough. In fact, some good projects are more or else in one spot, because the team are stalk at a point. If a project has well-connected team members and perhaps a good partnership, that is enough marketing on its own. If those partners are able to inform their community about the new project, that is a plus.
Take a look at what is happening to SOL. It's got the big of the big players and that made it very easy for them to list on Binance. Taking the project to a big exchange can bring great value to it and by virtue of that, it is very much possible to see a high price.

The exchange does matter because it creates the volume of that coin. A good exchange means that the coin is serious with what they are working with. Unlike the other coins that lists their coin everywhere and mostly unpopular exchanges, they just want to get rid of it as much as they can because they don't want investors to be the first one to dump it off and that's the main agenda of the developers. But, if they are serious and looking long term for the coin, they'll create a good volume through listing to a good exchange.

I don't agree. I think that a good project doesn't have to be listed on a good exchange (I guess that by a good exchange you mean Binance). I think it's better for a team to focus on the development and not on the listing. It's better to pay more money for a good developer than for a listing on Binance. And if you create a good project, then it will be listed on Binance sooner or later, and without paying the listing fee.
I think that too much focus in crypto is on listing on Binance and other "good" exchanges. More focus should be on having a good idea for a project and a good team that will support the project.

Well, I agree with @batang_bitcoin, I think what he meant by a good exchange means that it should be listed in an exchange where it is most likely used by a large number of users. It has a positive effect wherein it has more potential to be invested by large investors.

You are mixing up paying to get listed on an exchange and paying for marketing. I think that paying for the marketing is by far better than paying for a listing. Especially if exchanges want several hundreds thousands for a listing. And multiply that by the number of exchanges... And now imagine what would a good marketing specialist do with that amount of money?

When it comes to growing the price of an altcoin, you need a community that trusts you and would truly use your platform, then you need to release your project products.
It has to be an adoptable product, accepted by your community and would create a demand for your token.

Once the product is worthwhile, then there will be a demand for the token, which leads to increase in price and volume.

The price of any project or coin reflect the level of trust exercise by the community on that project. Sometimes this can be manipulated but when that happens it doesn't take long before the price retraced back to it usual level. The exchange these projects are listed on also has an important role to play since the altcoin market is be driven by popularity of your project.

The more people (traders and Investors) know about your project the higher the chances of getting huge number of patronize. Price of an altcoin doesn't depend on just one factor, it has contributions from trust from the community, exchange project are listed on giving the coin more popularity and different other factors like hype, trends, coin total/circulating supply etc.

Value and its relevance.
What can you think of much more?
Consider also the community because of the demand of the buyers that would surely increase the price, but for sure the people inside a community would invest because the product has sort of "value" and "relevance" to what they need.
Also, consider the exchange on where the coins is about to be listed at.

the answer depends on how the developer of the project itself, each altcoin varies and differs from one another. in terms of price, of course, depends on demand & offer in the market, on the other hand in terms of quality / product, depending on project marketing and project developers.

That is the way the work and development of each project. If projects continue to work and offer good products to attract investors, I believe the price of tokens will continue to go up because they are good projects. And if the projects don't work for a long time and eventually die, the token's price will collapse and go to the bottom, it all depends on the dev team.

all depends on the performance of the team that is in the project

I agree totally with your point, the growth of the price of any altcoin lies in the performance of the team.
The team has to oversee, a good community updates, follow the roadmaps duly, get the right and proper partnership for the project.

The team also have to ensure that product development and events or ama, do not shift date, doing all at the appointed time.
Keeping trust with the community members will make the product hyped and price better.

There must be something that drive continuous demand for a token which mean high value that increase the price. No matter how many exchange a token is listed if the project that backup the token is not viable and evolving it is just a matter of time before the token value depreciate seriously and that is what cause delisting

I agree, I think having a use case will help the price to grow and be stable over a long period of time. The community of a coin also helps grow the price over the long term and that the team running the coin are active and transparent and are active working on developments.

I can promote your project on X to my 100k+ followers for a reasonable price. Just DM me for prices.

There are a lot of factors which are affecting the grow of price of an altcoin. I believe just simply listing on many different exchanges will not help an altcoin to have continuous growing of its price levels. But, devs must work hard to make confidence among investors like continuous growth of the project so that people will keep on investing as part of their regular budget which must be the simple reason why only very few coins are getting continuous growth of their price levels whereas most other coin are not.

At the same time listing on multiple exchanges is not a simple task for a medium level project because some highly reputed exchanges are charging listing fee in millions. This means, even they will be listing on multiple exchanges which may not be highly reputed exchanges. In my opinion listing on small exchanges will not attract many investors.

They need to have a large community to support their projects, and they also have many investors to be able to keep token prices from collapsing. We then need to depend on the project, if they develop a roadmap-like project then they will surely get the attention of new investors and the price will easily be pumped.
