[Help] Hacked account "Realknow"

My account was hacked by people, almost a few months ago.
I was able to save a screen shot when changing passwords and e-mails but my laptop had a problem so the data was lost.

as proof that the Realknow account is mine, which is the bitcoin sign address

I can't find the post with the bitcoin address you signed a message from. If you don't have it posted somewhere on the forum the signed message is useless.

On the other hand I found this one, do you still have control over this address below?

I can't find the post with the bitcoin address you signed a message from. If you don't have it posted somewhere on the forum the signed message is useless.

I don't see https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;u=924845 your account hasn't changed anything. You can recover a password via email.

The trust page only shows activities for last 30 days.  
According to BPIP, the password was reset via email on February 4, 2020.

To OP:
Has your email been hacked?
If yes, the only thing you can do is to follow the instruction posted above by iasenko.
You need to sign a message from that address again. That screenshot doesn't prove your ownership.

Are you sure it is hacked or you just forgot your password? The account was last active on February 4, 2020 which was the time you claimed the hack but the account didn't have any real activity prior to that. Reviewing your post history doesn't help either since the last post wast on January 28 and I didn't see any changes with your posting habits. So really there is no evidence that your account has been hacked  or at least is being used by someone else since there is no activity for more than a month now.

But this information remains in your email even if you lose your laptop. Can you please screenshoot the message sent in your email address about the change of password? You can blurr off your email address if you are concerned about privacy.

I have followed the instructions on the topic but until now have not received a reply email from the team.

Make a new sign message using the provided address above and post it here, to proove that you are the real owner of that account and  the dt will help you to tag that account  until you recover it back .

Screenshot will not prove anything sorry.
