We are glad to announce some more additional details related to the issue.
The investigation has really been performed, we contacted the game provider and received a response saying that the reason why the customer was unable to undo/double his bets was Evolution Gaming system malfunction (please, keep in mind - NOT the platform behaviour on Bitcoincasino.io). Which is why the provider agreed to compensate for the malfunctioning rounds only, and the amount was like the player mentioned previously.
The game was also tested on our side, and it was found out that the behaviour of the 'undo' button was not as expected.

So how did you calculate the compensation? I used 1.627129200 ETH deposit in the video proof to show i had an issue when i caught on! If i did not have an issue, i would not be making this post to discredit your casino. All you return is a $100? NICE COMPENSATION SCAM, OLDEST SCAM IN THE BOOKS. Where is the logic? There is proof that the undo button was malfunctioning for me & i should be compensated because the undo button put me at an unfair advantage during my session!

All my rounds that day i could not click undo! For the bets that i wanted to undo i couldn't! This caused me to lose and deposit more money!

How does a $100 compensation make any sense? I deposited 0.14988074 BTC & 11.1926765ETH and all you return is 0.385198900 ETH? Where is my money.

Take my lose as a warning to all new users to never use this casino & if you do expect there to be no compensation if something goes wrong. They can't afford to pay my own money back.

They are refusing to cooperate, neogicate & take responsibility for what happened. They failed to provide proof of how the provider calculated the compensation that i returned back to them because it was a complete bs lie. The provider never finished the investigation yet the casino decided to lie about the outcome to brush this case away for $100. Please take this as a warning: This casino has no compensation fund and is not very liquid in assets. This casino will take months to resolve any case. This casino will lie and cheat you from your money when you least expect it. This casino has not provide honest gambling and will provide games that are rigged with house edge via removing undo bets. If something goes wrong expect to get maximum (brush away compensated scam) free spins or 100$. This casino failed to establish a proper means of communication & was not willing to make this right during any time i experienced my issues. There are better casinos out there, this one i personally believe that they did not take my case seriously and this post will be damaging to their image in the long run.

Maybe you should be compensated for the first bet you made that was unable to be 'undone' due to the button not working.  Asking them to return the entire deposit, and also the next 5 deposits you dusted off is ludicrous.

When you made those next 5 deposits, did you really believe they would just give you your money back if you lost since the 'undo bet' button wasn't working?  
Any casino allowing themselves to get free rolled like this would go broke very quickly.

That's not how it works.  You can't just degen away a bunch of money and then say "the button is broken, in fact it's been broken for my last 5 deposits so give them back right now".


Can't decide if you're just trying to get them to pay you something to be quiet or just inexperienced.  Either way, this is a waste of your time.

I did not know the game was broken until the end, i thought maybe i was clicking the undo button to late so i continued to make more deposits & finally i was at the point where i felt something was very wrong and so my last deposit at this casino i decided to do a live screen recording.

I did not discover what was going on until i made the screen recording & watched the video after. I have money & I only gamble for enjoyment. I did not have an issue with this casino prior & overall since i joined i never broke even. Anytime i actually made a profit, i actually gambled it back to give to the casino as a thank you for the great session. This last time i played here was not great because i experienced a malfunction that ruined the fairness of the game i wanted to play. They failed to provide any fair compensation for this malfunction & they are not willing to negotiate.

This casino might have been legit few months back but they failed to make this right & they are fraudsters with very crappy support agents who lie.

If i did not record my session on the last deposit i wouldn't have figured out that the undo button was not working. I thought i was just slow at click it or maybe there was an issue with my high speed internet either way i had no intention of abusing a malfunction that takes away the fairness of the game(Theres no way regardless to profit off this because this casino does not provide any compensation). I don't know what kind of gambler you are but i gamble with honesty & integrity because it would be embarrassing if my reputation was damages trying to make a few bucks when I'm already wealthy. Hey Everyone,

This is probably going to be the last time i talk about this topic. I attempted to negotiate a compensation or settlement with this casino & every single time they refused to offer anything & this pretty much got my account banned because i experienced 'gambler rage' for being mad that my game was not working properly. Apparently they can ban you for something like being mad about experiencing a malfunction.. who knew. Anyways i contacted them this week & offered to lower my compensation down to 10% of what i deposited in the day of question & they refused to accept because my account is banned. Ironically they unfairly banned me for getting mad about a malfunction and this is considered having a gambling problem in their words. So it does not seem like this casino is willing to cooperate. This casino was definitely legit a few months back but it looks like they are most definitely doing an exit scam! Please checkout roobet instead as you will not run into any issues & they actually have a compensation fund, bitcoincasino.io does not and they have started to scam their VIP players since march.
