Fall? the opposite is happening. I think we have already the fall when bitcoin fell to $4900 and was likely to continue but the reversal was quick and we are now on $7000. I'm not expecting further falling although there will be some minor ups and downs because that's the usual behavior of the crypto market. Others have no choice but to sell their holdings for the provisions but they can get back on it again at any price so if the price that they are about to buy is lower, they are lucky.

Starting with your title, no one can rightly predict the movement of the market because it is controlled by many things such as fear and panic. Now to your main post, yes the deadly virus is affecting the cryptocurrencies and this is by instilling fear and panic in the market which makes most people indecisive thus selling to fiat; to most people their reason could be they don't know what will become of cryptocurrencies while to some their reason is to be able to hold fiat since they can't purchase goods and pay for services with cryptocurrencies. As for me, the harm has been caused in all sectors and markets hence holding fiat is good at the same time holding crypto is also good because crypto still have a long way to go.
