I'm interested in setting up an website for mobile recharge. It will be primarily available with Lightning Network. The purpose is to promote LN in my local; of course I would like to learn more about LN as well.
I have no idea how can I run one. The plan is simple. People can recharge through bitcoin LN payments. What's the step for setting up the LN? Do I need to maintain LN node? Give some lights on this, please.

Why not try BTCpayserver to setup an LN?

There is a video guide to setup BTCpay with a lightning network.

For now, only 2 compatible wallets are supported. You can also check the documentation below to guide you on how to add the lightning network in your own server.

Once you setup up this you can start building your own recharge website. I suggest trying this on Wordpress it easy to set up with the BTCpay plugin and Woocommerce plugin.

About maintaining the LN node well you should always maintain and monitor them if you read and understand the documentation that I linked above.
