Concrete plan? I don't know about that. The last time I checked, released dates are being pushed and proposals from different ethereum devs were being discussed. This is the best I can give you - Ethereum 2.0 Phases

I'm not sure about being inflated since the 2018 crash. It's still a speculative asset like many other coins/tokens. Whether eth will reach new ATH of get close to its previous ATH depends on the launching of eth 2.0 (and bitcoin price of course).

Ethereum will not go up until Bitcoin set the trend, and nowadays, it is 50-50 where the market goes. Stock market, especially OIL is crashing, so we can´t be very optimistic about cryptocurrency´s growth.

WTF is that? crypto has nothing to do with the stock market or oil market. Crypto stand by its leg dude. It can recover to the above 200 again.

I think the price of Ethereum is going to go up and up and up again. On one hand, I think it's a grand experiment in computer science, but on the other hand, it's a thing that won't last too long. so far we are still waiting for the increase, but there has not been a large increase in ethereum prices. besides, don't be so sure that ethereum prices can reach 4 more digits. even to reach the price of $ 500 is quite difficult now. Well, right now I really want to see ethereum prices above $ 250. at this time I have prepared some ethereum for that.

Ethereum has suddenly decided that’s it going to banish coronavirus blues for us and make us all happy, and what I mean to say is that we’re witnessing a nice upward movement in Ethereum prices, which is bringing much needed relief in these troublesome times. Also I do believe that we shall witness more upward movements soon in Ethereum prices, and hopefully it’ll break the $200 mark by April end and then continue it’s upwards journey.

I think that will happen, but in recent days the price of ethereum itself has been slightly upward shifted and in some cases there has been a very significant decline but I think after this there will be an upward or upward shift to ethereum itself

ETH mostly followed bitcoin and if you are aiming for much higher profits then holding your assets for much longer time will give you the chance of achieving it. It's good if you have spare money to invest with good project like ETH cause eventually the value will spike and bring decent benefits,
