They are the instruments used by our almighty GOD to help those victims and give them hope. I am very sad that here in our country was continued increasing the number of cases in COVID-19 infected and most of the people now here are hiding in their home. here in the Philippines, we have a POGO or Philippine Offshore Gaming Operator which I think the government  have collected big money to allow them to operate in the Philippines but I haven't heard they donated, maybe they do but was not published.
