ahhh , I though you change the rules of having only 20 post but base on what you said its still 30 post but the other 10 can post in different section .
Participants  should read the rules clearly so they will not missed any single post needed if they mistakenly  understand the rules.

Can I request reverse the rules instead of 20 to 3 section do it 10 and 20 post to other sections .

3x7=21

That equation is not difficult at all. Also we have to only make a total of 30 posts in all and that is 7 x 4= 28  and add 2 more.  

By the way what is the cutoff time & day of week 1 ?
