There is only one condition - that the project must be good, really necessary for world and not be another useless shitcoin.

I agree with this, the only developers that are worrying about when to release their coin are those that know that their project is weak and that they need the market conditions to be extremely favourable just to have any chance to make money in the markets, if the developers know that their project is good, they are highly capable and they have innovative ideas then they have nothing to worry about because it is almost a guarantee that such project is going to give profits to everyone that is involved in it in the future.

Bitcoin just went straight from almost $10,000 down to $8,000 level in just 3 hours. That might be another slight correction, after going for the bull. But, let's not get comfortable yet, since the bull trend during the halving usually occurs after months from the halving, base on the event of past 2 halving, which people has been following the trend since.
Altcoins could be more profitable than Bitcoin in the bull run too, so It's always better to diversify your investment specially now that everyone is expecting for a bull run.

bitcoin prices will have difficulty being able to raise the price to the level of $10k because I see investors and whales have started selling it a few days ago which caused the condition of the bitcoin price to dump instantly.
