Okay, at first you need to calm down. Of course, it's not the most pleasant thing that happened in your life, however, it's not the end of the world.
If you're afraid of what might happen, imagine the worst and most horrible outcome of the situation.
Consider what should you do not to be in that situation and follow those steps.
To be honest, I'm usually afraid of face the problem, however, I understood that you can't change the past, only the future. It may sound too cliche, but that's a fact
. Hence I try to think about what I'm about to do, not about something that already happened (which I consider as a nightmare - helps no to focus on it).
