And as everyone said already, only someone who is a newbie in scamming might make such mistakes but most of them will have their IP addresses hidden with paid VPNs or softwares that frequently change their IP address and other location metrics, so that even if they are traced by someone, they don't get the correct location and are misguided through the wrong details.
And, newbies don't really need to be doing this but they should simply learn to not trust anyone or anything online very easily because the world of internet is full of scams and frauds, and especially, offers and promotions and investment opportunities that sound too good to be true are obviously not true.
