The first one would be a community phase, not much technical implementations, just the use of tokens and some vote platform. When and if there's a decent size community working on real things, a phase2 white paper can be made before the launch. That way there will be a realistic whitepaper (proof in reality) and the fair opportunity for people to join in a seed phase.
I'd really appreciate any suggestions.
