I use the bitgowallet to store my coins. I believe that someone got my private keys and stole my coins, is it possible to find out who did it?

You mean Bitgo.com? Not sure how could someone get access to your private keys when the wallet doesn't let you export them but if someone withdrew the funds from your account, then all you can do is reach out to the support, they might be able to give you the IP address... but I doubt that would be of too much help...

Yes, but if someone transferred my funds to another wallet via VPN, convert those funds to monero and transferred them to the next one, is it really difficult to know who did it?

Yes, but if someone transferred my funds to another wallet via VPN, convert those funds to monero and transferred them to the next one, is it really difficult to know who did it?

You can put it in the category of the impossible, and consider it a path of no return. If it's a bigger amount of money, and you can prove that BitGo is responsible for some security failure, then you could take some legal steps, and submit the action for damages.

This is stated in BitGo Terms :

1.3 Managing Your Keys.
BitGo controls only one of the three private keys for a Digital Asset wallet provided by the Service. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of the other two private keys. If you appoint a third party to control one or more of your private key(s), whether or not such appointment is made through the Service (e.g., through a key recovery service), BitGo is not responsible for the actions or omissions of such third party. Control of these keys will allow such third party to transfer all of your Digital Assets from your wallets and you may never regain those Digital Assets.

I thought you were referring to Bitgo.com...

Bitgowallet is using Bitcoin.org template (clearly made for phishing). I suspect you downloaded a malware and your funds has been sent to the wallet creator.

How can I know if this is true?

How did you know that you've been hacked?
Check the link history if how you access the Bitgo wallet or if it is an app you can post the link here if how you download the app.

Why not take a screenshot of your Bitgo wallet and post it here?

Are you using this app below?
Code:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.mobile.bitgo
I'm sorry I don't like to link it here just copy and paste this to your browser.

They only have 100+ install which I think suspicious.
I tried to find this app on bitgo.com but I can't find a link that will lead to this Bitgo wallet.

So, I believe that this wallet might be a phishing app.

mlox, obviously, you've taken the wrong step and enter your seed on that fake site (did you do that?), and if you do that, your coins are stolen since you give access to your private keys to some scammer. What you shouldn't have done is store your BTC in any online wallet, especially if it's really 15 BTC - such amount is for cold storage, and to not moving coins around by testing some fishy wallets.

Any site that ask you to enter your private keys/seed is the most common attempt of scam, easy money for some not so smart hackers who make money on naive and uneducated crypto users.

This bitgowallet.org is a fake wallet. Someone in telegram user sent me something like that too. It will let you download a file like 500mb size.
This is what he sent. You can have it too if it's a legitimate wallet. I suspect it's pishing because no one will give something for free this days.

Yes, but what I don't understand, would it be, what does the hacker gain from this?  this wallet when you download to your computer, try to mine, try to steal your bitcoins that are in another wallet?

Maybe something like that. Maybe the file that you need to import the private key is actually a malware.

So let me make this clear. You got a message saying you get free coins, import the wallet/run the software, and then transfer some bitcoins to the address, then somebody withdraw it. Is this correct? Or did you already have a wallet before, then use the app he sent to load your wallet?

You should only use a wallet that you generate on your own. That aside, make sure you download the right wallet, there's a tons of phishing apps out there. It will be difficult to track your hacker, so I guess only the lesson left for you.

15BTC is not an easy amount. Why didn't you choose a hardware wallet or even an airgap PC, or at least stopped downloading unknown apps?
If you have any additional coins, it is better to transfer it directly to any hardware wallet, as it is better to reinstall your OS.
About hacking, can you tell us in detail what happened in the past days? Is it the unknown software/link that you clicked on?
Is your wallet 2-of-2or 2-of-3?
Regarding hacked coins, you can post your addresses and maybe someone can track it.

How did you know that the wallet is trying to mine from your computer?
The software/wallet you installed in your PC might be a malware or a keylogger that could steal other wallets if they found that you have another wallet with balances.

Much better if you still have balances from other wallets use other devices to recover them and transfer them to a new wallet installed on different PC which is known clean.

For now, there's no way to recover the 15BTC if it is already confirmed the only thing that we can do now is to switch to a well-known wallet which is known safe.

Anyone as the capabilities to find what this .exe actually does?
I've installed it, but didn't put my seed phrase, putted the user seedphrase, installed the application and it starts to do something, but i actually can't find what. Anyone can investigate this? Unistalling it only is safe? Or it installed something else like malware/spyware?

Try to upload the .exe (or any other files installed) to Virustotal (https://www.virustotal.com/gui/) and see if you get any results.

If it's a malware (likely) then unistalling may not be enough. I suggest formatting the disk and reinstalling Windows.

Can't upload it's too big. and reinstall windows is not an option atm. shit :\

I also downloaded the file and realized it was a virus, can you please post the wallet your btc was sent to? I want to track transactions and go after the bad guys. I admit it is a very inteligent scam... Someone sent me this message on telegram (don't try to download the file unless you know what you're doing, windows defender marked it as a worm, win32/renamer)(the binance password does work, but you need 2FA):

I can't access the website either, Looks like the decided to take down their website. Just like mosyt members pointed out already in the thread. The website/wallet is scam.
If you sent the 8 BTC in their wallet, then forget about it. It's gone
