Since you are accepting credit cards and allowing wire transfers withdraws how are you getting away with being KYC free? Usually when a casino has both the fiat and crypto options they need to KYC everybody due to the merchants requests to prevent fraud. This is actually what Pornhub casino did a few years back.

The way it is right now you will get issues with fraud. People will deposit with credit card, and then withdraw by crypto  and a month later there will be a chargeback. Since you can't reverse the crypto withdraws, how will you plan to fight this type of fraud? Seems you would be better off just getting rid of the fiat deposits/withdraws and sticking to crypto only. Most gamblers will only deposit by crypto and most scammers will try and do a fiat deposit and crypto withdraw.

To get the real amount in USD you have to divide the number by 500.
1 USD = 500 credits on ERC20Casino, so $10 worth 5000 credits (there is 0% deposit/withdrawal fees)
About the bet we are going to change that in the upcoming day, and increase the limits. We have set this limit in order to see if everything was all right on client-side, without any issue. It seems that everything goes well so we will increase the limits asap.

I like the platform, it is fresh and with a good atmosphere, although I could not buy some credits because when I tried to buy with my credit card I could not, I do not know what could have happened, however at DICE, I liked how it moves, really I congratulate you. Yes I saw that you tried to deposit. The error came from Stripe (3D secure), that we have disabled.
Only PayPal is accepted for fiat deposit now.

We now only accept PayPal for fiat deposits, which has lesser risks compared to CC deposits.
We understand that there is still a risk, we will move carefully and see how it goes. It is not excluded that we require KYC for fiat deposits in the future.
But today there is no KYC (for deposit and withdrawals).

For every withdraw we examine the deposit history, and evaluate the risk accordingly.

You have an interesting casino, I thought that you'll just accept any token that a user will add to your platform without any fee but that's good, you have set standards of not accepting tokens that have unlimited supply although most of them does have a certain high supply limit. Since you are still starting, you can attract users if you'll do more marketing.

And once you are gaining the attention and you are getting a good number of active players, that should be the time that you have to tighten your standards for accepting tokens. There is a possibility that dead coins devs can find this as an opportunity to revive their tokens.

Yes you are right for the marketing, we planned to start it as soon as some minor errors would be fixed, and security improved. It has been done this morning, and we will start Facebook/YouTube/Instagram advertisement in the upcoming days. Our target is crypto community first, then general people.
The nice thing is that the average guy who don't even know the existence of crypto or just don't care about it, will see that he has, in addition to regular PayPal or Credit card deposit methods, the possibility to deposit with cryptos. Looks very slick and it got some nice games. I was trying the dice but stopped that because it's rolling very slow. As a dice player you expect much faster rolls. Maybe a option can be added to speed it up.

Same is for the slots. Making it a little faster should do the trick. Now you have to wait a long time between each roll. I also miss the payout table on the slots? Or if there are I can't find them then easy while playing.

Personally I wouldn't call that a little issue. Incorrect payouts could lead to big troubles and is one of the basics of a casino, but great that it will be fixed asap.
