Hallo Everyone,

Summer is coming, temps are rising and miner fans are ready to work at maximum Speed! Smiley
But one of my inno T2T 30T fan had a different opinion yesterday where when i went to check if everything is ok, a weird rumbling noise sound were coming out of a fan  Huh Huh
As a newbie i left it working till today's death  Grin

I said ok i'll order a new pair of Fans to have also a spare directly from innosilicon website, but the fan costs 10USD, and shipping costs 80  Shocked
So before i pay them many days of mining for just shipping i was wondering if you know an alternative source of fans, maybe an aftermarket compatible fan, or a shop i can buy with less shipping.
My country is Greece.
For some of you maybe this info is easy, or you can suggest me how and where to search  Smiley

Thanks in advance

take the broken fan off and see what it says on it.

you should look for something like 12V , 2.6A . If still not sure post a photo of the label on the fan

After you find this go on eBay or google generaly and look for the specific fan.

I hope this helps.

I found the fan you are talking about from innosilicon with the model name of "kb-fan 1203s" and this is what it looks like below

https://www.innosilicon.com/statics/images/parts/fan_big_01.jpg

I use the model name to search it on Google but the result is none but after I search on Google images this is what I found

https://www.amazon.com/Computer-Extension-Cooling-System-Electronics/dp/B00F9IZ6C0

The fan looks similar from innosilicon fan but the price is $23.99 much better check it if the shipping fee is low.

The model is "Delta FFB1212EHE-F00" which I think you can also use as a keyword term in some sites like eBay or Alibaba to find a cheaper price.

Thank you very much guys,

i followed your instructions, and did also some research.

The best thing to do is to go tomorrow to my mining farm, take out the fan for the label specs, just to be 100% Sure.
Based on the manufacturer photo label specs, i am looking for a fan 12V 3A 120x120x38 4 pin.

i saw this one
https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32829603339.html
they say it is little used, but specs seems to be ok and they provide fast shipping.

I am finding also some others, with 4+ Amps like this but all the other specs similar
https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32584034169.html

Do you know if a fan with higher amperage works ok or every number must be exactly the same?

Thanks again for your time and answers.

this one is pwm four pin that is a must

Current: 3A
Power: 36W
Line 4 pwm Intelligent Speed --------- good
Speed:4000 ± 10% RPM -------------- too slow
Wind: 190.30CFM --------------------- should be over 200 not under.
Noise: 59 d-BA
Working life: 80,000 hours

but it is 4000 rpm which will very likely be too slow

the other one you picked seems to be 3 pin

this one is more likely to be what you need

MODEL:PFC1212DE

Refurbished--But the performance is high quality
Best Fan for GPU miner

Brand:for delta

Size: 120x120x38MM
Voltage: DC12V
Current: nominal 4.8A (12V current rating 2.98A, for delta fan deficiency is serious, understand stock friends all know, 12038 fan could reach such a high current is this, there is no other comparable to that of his. )
Air volume: 252.85CFM (7.16m3/min)
Air pressure: 1.412 in H2O (351.7 Pa)
Weight: 0.351kg
Noise: 66.5 dB (a)
Power: 57.6W
Speed control: support motherboard PWM speed control
Rpm: 12V under 6500 RPM
Fan frame: injection molding, glass fiber +VO PBT+30% grade flame retardant;
Blades: injection molding, glass fiber +VO PBT+30% grade flame retardant;
Fan rotation direction: from the fan blade direction to counterclockwise;
Operating temperature:-10 c to + 70 degrees Celsius;
Storage temperature:-40 degrees c to + 70 degrees Celsius;
Bearings: high-precision ball bearings;
Power range: rated power supply plus or minus 15%;
Insulation resistance: more than 500 mohm;
Withstanding voltage: foreign exchange leakage current 0.5mA 500V/1 minutes;
Operating life time: when the ambient temperature is 25 degree 80,000 hours.

Motherboard PWM speed control cases, adjustment to the 10% following the speed of 1050 rpm, 10%~100% adjust the fan on a level increase of 405 per turn, due to the boards current limiting, so not up to 5500 RPM.

this one is pwm ------ check

this moves 252 cfm ---- check

this one goes to about 5500 rpm --- check

these are 4 pin --- check

order 2 not one extra is better if you have a few of the miners.

keep the old fan   as  you may need to move wire order.  when you get the new fans. post a photo of the four pin plug on the old fan and the new fan.

red black blue yellow wires  need to match the same order on both fans.

if they do not I will teach you how to switch the wires without cutting them.

Hallo again guys, yesterday i went to the mining farm and retrieved the broken fan which was this one:

https://i.postimg.cc/vTtSn47G/IMG-20200519-220428.jpg

So this fan is not the same as the fan showing in Inosilicon site. And after following your suggestions i ordered 2 times this replacement fan, for a total EUR 35 including fast shipping:

https://www.aliexpress.com/item/4000149252416.html

So according to specs:

Brand: DELTA
Model: QFR1212GHE
Size: 120 * 120 * 38 mm ----check
Voltage: DC 12V -----check
Current: 2.70 A -----check
Speed: 6000 RPM  -----check
Air volume: 210.38 CFM -----check
Power Interface: 4pin  ---- check

Hoping it will work! As soon as i try it i'll let you know ASAP.

watch the color order of the wires.   black red yellow blue   or black red blue yellow.

your replacement must match wire color order. , but they are switchable without cutting if they do not match.
